Been back twice and time for another review. First off, so friendly and accommodating. None of the servers nor the chefs have said no any change requests. For us, this is key because sometimes a slight change from a starch to a veggie or less cream etc makes all the difference. This trip my wife ordered the eggplant rollatini as an app for her meal, which honestly could have been a full dish. So flavorful, so light you could have swallowed without chewing. Not oily at all. So good. I ordered the veal scaloppini with fresh mushrooms & marsala wine. The marsala wine sauce had to have been one of the best I've tasted since relocating from NYC. Love small family businesses that put their heart and soul into their food and service. BTW, BYOB.

I ordered for pickup only took about 15 minutes and the staff was very welcoming and the place itself was very clean.

A regular and Sicilian - the sauce has a sweetness and is delisous

In these times of take out I just have to praise Pizza Pie 2 in Langhorne for a second time - great tasting pizza, great service - safe atmosphere during Covid. My question is have you given it a try, if so then you know what I am saying is right - if not then get there soon....

Stopped in the other day for a late lunch. This was a first visit since this pizza parlor changed hands, and it was immediately apparent that the entire shop had had a makeover. The kitchen was now in the back, and the dining room in front; a reversal of its original layout. New walls and floors made the place feel more upscale than the old place. Nice use of stone, wood and paint. We opted for cheesesteak and eggplant parm sandwiches. Both came with fries. The steak was a full load of chopped beef mixed with onions and mushrooms on a lightly crusted roll. Very good. The eggplant was thin sliced, breaded, sautéed in olive oil, and then grilled again in the oven, after which it was dosed with their homemade gravy and mozza. Again, very good. The rolls were notable for their crunch and pleasant taste. The fries were really unnecessary, and were the weakest part of the repast, as frozen crinkle cuts. Reasonable prices. Friendly service. Will definitely return for the pizza and more menu items when in an Italian mood.

That is the metal food tie that was in my pizza

On both visits the servers were friendly and very attentive. My son and I enjoyed watching Wheel of Fortune on our pizza visit. The place wasn't packed, but you can tell everyone there were regulars. Food wise they are just ok. The cheesesteak comes with a toasted roll, it had a decent portion of meat and cheese, but it was just ok. It wasn't overly greasy or bad, but flavor wise it wasn't a wow sandwich. My wife felt the same way about the grilled chicken caesar salad. The greens were fresh, the dressing was fine, but the chicken was just meh. The fries were worthless, undercooked and not good at all. Pizza wise on the second trip my son and I asked for well done. It came out with a crispy crust, the sauce needed more flavor, cheese was thick and had to be a blend. It was just below average, nothing bad/nothing great. The garlic knots may have been the best food I experienced. They were fresh, soft and crispy on the outside. There are far better options in the area, but the service was great and the people were nice.

They have cold hoagies and hot grinders and meatball sandwiches as well as eggplant and sausage sandwiches. Platters of Spaghetti and Raviolis, Stuffed Shells & Manicotti are all available with a side salad with multiple different dressings. ( I always take their home made garlic and balsamic dressing!) Or get a nice cup of homemade chicken soup or pasta fasul soup with you Entrees Think I forgot a few Penne Vodka and Spinach filled Manicotti as well as just Cheese Manicotti platters. In the mood for a big salad as your meal you can get atleast a half dozen types: Crispy Chicken salad or Chicken Ceasar salad, Napoli Salad with fresh mozzarella and red cooked peppers with tomatoes over greens. Multitude of sandwiches as well as Calzones and Stromboli of all types too. In the mood for Sides there is Garlic spinach and broccoli dishes as well as meatballs , and sausage available as well as a dish of pasta too. I think if in stock there are Cannoli for desserts. Sometimes they make fresh garlic knots out of their pizza dough . They are available I think individually or by the dozen! Enjoy everything , it is very good, hot and well presented , I think I forgot they make Wraps as well for those who want a more calorie conscious sandwich. . Reasonably priced for the size of the sandwiches and platters .The Pizzas are expensive but very good and well worth the price as the cheese is the real good stuff that tastes great and they have all the added toppings you want on your pizza just ask . Service is good , call in and order for pickup or delivery by one of many delivery services you can eat in on seats available inside ir a nice array around edges of parking lot too.

The inside has quite a few tables and booths. They didn't have many diners on either visit and the side room was empty (I'm assuming they use that for private bookings?). Their menu is huge - pasta, seafood, chicken, veal sections .... lots of restaurant items besides the usual pizza shop items. I remember having the Veal Saltimbocca - With mushrooms & prosciutto in a white wine sauce topped with mozzarella cheese many years ago and it was ok. The pizza was pretty good. Asked for well done - sweet sauce, nice ratio of cheese to sauce, the undercarriage stood somewhat firm, crust is on the thinner side and a tad crispy/cracker like. The Pep pizza should have had more Pepperoni, but was solid. Their pizza is not bad at all if you like a sauce on the sweeter side. The mozzarella sticks were tasty and not overly stringy with cheese and the cheese fries were crispy and ok with me. I stopped in for an early dinner of Eggplant Parm Sandwich to be eaten in house. I ordered at the counter from young thing with nose clip and sat at a table near the window on the pizzeria side of the shop. The wait was about 15 minutes, but in their defense they had a load of takeout orders to handle before reaching mine. It was worth the wait. My plate was delivered by the cashier with a friendly smile and warm, "bono appetito." It was a beautiful sandwich on its oval. Long torpedo roll finished in the oven to bring up the crisp, and full load of thin cut, olive oil panned nightshade with skin on, but tender and near translucent. Add the top coat of mozzarella and red sauce finish, and I had a photo worthy tantalizing sammy. Each bite was a load to fit in my mouth. At first, folding it was not an option because it just ooze the ingredients. So, I did a little knife and fork to get things started and lighten the bulk before me, and shifted to hand held folderrol once it could be managed without spillage. Delicious from first bite to last. I admit to being on an eggplant parm kick for a few months now. I have realized that the only way to eat these creations is hot and steaming right off the grill when everything is at their apex. Takeout just guarantees that nothing is crisp and toasty, but has devolved into a messy quagmire, no longer the best it can be. So, there I was, sitting alone while the takeout line grew longer, but content to know that my enjoyment would far exceed their no longer premium dining experience.
