Could have probably chalked up her late arrival by nearly 2 hours, but groomer complained about our dog that she wasn't well taken care of (just got her a week ago -6 year old highly trained very pleasant Bernadoodle- not one Mat on her, very well cared for by prior owner actually- horrible job and was $165. The personality of this groomer was horrible, she complained for 10 min after grooming our all the things she had to do to the dog I'll post the before pic taken yesterday and the after today. You tell me that she was bad shape or that it is worth $165. Also my elderly mother was looking forward to at least a bow on her-nothing. These owners are first class amazing service! As a business owner myself I can appreciate quality over quantity. I can honestly say I've never had this great of an experience meeting another professional in my entire life! Onto the grooming for my Persian cat... Payman took a lot of time explaining the process, going over products, the van equipment, the music they play to calm the animals..., I was elated! When my kitty was done, for the first time in his grooming life, he didn't go and hide, he was out and about, almost like he met a new friend and there were no troubles at all. He even started eating his kibble shortly after Payman left . Once paying our bill, I practically begged to set up a follow up appointment in 8 weeks, plus we just had the greatest conversation about happenings in the world, but also how he felt my cat was treated by prior groomers. I am so thankful to have found these amazing people, I've been smiling all day due to the professionalism as well as kindness, which this world has certainly been lacking on. I usually don't leave reviews but i made an appointment and they cancelled 30 mins before the appointment the first time for the generator breaking down so we understood, now the second time they couldn't get our dogs in till a week later so we agreed now today we are waiting all morning and some of the afternoon & no show or no courtesy call. This is ridiculous we tried being patient and the un professional business you guys are running is ridiculous some of us care about our kids (pets). I am giving this a one-star for many reasons. I took my pets there before thanksgiving and was very impressed with the customer service, grooming, and how they handled my pets. They seemed to be a professional business at the time. That was the first time I conducted business with them. Afterward, I set up a follow on appointment in which I confirmed my appointment. I received a follow on call asking if I could reschedule a mobile appointment due to renovations at their office. I said ok, and once again, on the day of the appointment, they asked if they could reschedule the time because the groomer was sick. I said that was fine. They did arrive at the rescheduled appointment but were late and only received a phone call 20 minutes prior. I needed some more work done on my pets, and they scheduled me for a follow-up appointment the following day. Once again, they called me 20 minutes prior and said we are sorry, but we double booked you and cannot make it at the scheduled time. They did not even offer a solution to the problem. I asked if they could come later that evening since they double booked me, and they said ok. The schedule was then moved to the evening. Twenty minutes before the time of the appointment, they gave me an excuse that their generator was not working and would not make it. They did not offer any rescheduling or express any regrets. I waited to see if they would offer a solution, and there was nothing but silence. I called a few days later and told them the situation, and they gave me a bunch of excuses and rescheduled me for 530 pm today, which I confirmed. Here it is 7 pm, and no phone call or text. Worst customer service ever. If I had the power to shut down their business, I would do it with no regret. It would do everyone justice for the wasted time they have caused their clients. A horrible company that gives nothing but excuses for its actions. Zero accountability. I should not have to call or bug them to see if they are coming or to reschedule due to their incompetence. Their lack of professionalism, character, integrity, and accountability as a business should not be tolerated. OMG Mobile Pet Spa & More... If I could leave zero stars, that's how I would rate you. I have many pets that need grooming, and you have lost out on thousands of dollars throughout the year from us. It's your loss, not mine. This place is highly disappointing and it is simply due to management. My boss and I began taking her dog here when it was Natalie's Rascals and absolutely loved it. Ever since the shop came under new ownership it has been one issue after the next. We had an appointment a couple months back and got a call from the owner that morning stating the appointment had to be pushed back because the keys had been stolen. She was the only one with a spare and lived an hour away but Beaus grooming that day would be comped. When we went to pick him up she was going to charge us full price. Eventually she decided to comp the grooming. This whole issue could have been avoided if she had given her assistant manager a key. Yesterday we had an appointment scheduled for Beau to be groomed again because we have never seen Beau have such a good relationship with his groomer. Juliet has done such a wonderful job with him these past 6 months and we didn't want one bad day to ruin this. However, when we showed up for our 9 am appointment the shop was dark and there a sign on the door stating they were closed until January 11th. No one from the shop had ever contacted us about this. Critical: Professionalism We have been going to OMG for a better part of a year. My 3 dogs have regular appts and they do a nice enough job with them. Our appts are always their first scheduled in the morning at 9:30am. I pride myself on promptness and arrive 10 mins prior. We have yet to have them open up on time. Always late to their own scheduled appts and we are rushed to get the pups in for their grooming. I usually have to call them to make sure they're on their way. We had another appt this morning for 9:30am. I waited 30 mins and no one showed up again! This time I did not call, I should not have to be their wake up call. Curious to see how they handled it this time. I did not get a call regarding their absence. Needless to say, we will no longer be using them for our dog grooming needs. I took my two senior dogs to OMG mobile pet spa and more. I had anxiety since both dogs are seniors, one is totally blind and almost 17 years old. Once I got there I was more at ease. It was very clean, quiet and Kay was so helpful and knowledgeable about the type of services and products to use for each one of my babies. once I picked them up they were so calm, happy and smelled so good. I do not recommend this place at all. If you do happen to make the mistake of going, make sure that you are very clear and get something stating the services that you are paying for. I dropped my dog off for a bath and teeth brushing. They asked if we wanted deshedding and I explained that we did it our previous visit and that we would pass. When my wife picked her up, she was charged for the deshedding and argued with my wife saying that I approved it. (I assure you that I didn't). $105 lesson learned. read more

My dog is never done how I request and I get lots of apologies from the owner and offers to fix the problem the following week but at some point you just have to get it right.
