Came here on a Sunday afternoon with no line and no other customers in the store. It took a bit of time to get our drinks since there was only one worker, but the wait wasn't too long. I got the thai tea with boba (50% sweet), and my boyfriend got the coconut strawberry shake with boba. The thai tea was clearly brewed fresh (you could tell by the color of my drink!) instead of using a thai tea powder instead. The coconut strawberry shake was super refreshing, especially on a hot day, and they use real strawberries instead of a premade syrup. The boba was a bit too chewy for my liking. But I like that it didn't add any extra sweetness since other places will soak their boba in syrup or honey, which can make the drink sweeter than expected. There's plenty of parking available in the plaza. Overall, we enjoyed our drinks and will be back!

Finally, a legit boba spot in Agoura/Calabasas that doesn't make you feel like you need a trust fund to afford a drink. I got the coconut strawberry boba (basically a tropical sugar bomb), one kid got cookies and cream, the other went full chaos with a guava slush. I also snagged a box of macaroons because apparently I hate my blood sugar levels. Pro tip: get the 6-pack. It's cheaper and you'll end up eating six anyway, so stop lying to yourself. My goal is to try wipe out the whole menu, my arteries are nervous! Andrea was super friendly and didn't even blink at our sugar-fueled order. Prices were reasonable, especially for the area. Parking is easy, which is rare around here. The only real downside is the seating situation. Inside, it kind of sucks--there's one big table that fits six and a tiny one for two. So unless you're down to ask a total stranger if you can crash their table like it's high school lunch period, you're probably heading outside. There's plenty of outdoor seating, but on a hot day, it's not exactly ideal. Then again, maybe that awkward table moment inside turns into a new friend... or at least someone who won't judge your third boba.

Took 20 minutes to make my boba and they were making online orders right infront of my face instead of making mine. Never go here

I was thirsty and I figured I wouldn't want to eat anything until the swelling would go down, and I came across Clean Juice on yelp only 8 minutes away. I headed right over and found parking right in front. It's nice that they have the 10 minute parking option so people can quickly come and go from the shop. Upon entering there was only one person working behind the counter but I was impressed how fast and efficient she was moving. I felt like I barely waited a couple minutes and my order was already ready. I chose the Boosted Blueberry Pineapple smoothie with Pea protein and I got the 24oz thinking I would not be able to eat the rest of the day so may as well get the larger size. The sweet staff not only gave me my drink, but also gave me a small cup containing the extra and I 100% appreciated that!!!! Thank you for not letting it go to waste and giving it to me! When I checked the gps to go back to my house, the drive was still going to be double the time to drive home than normal because of traffic. The whole way home I sipped this delicious smoothie which cooled my throat from the inside out and it lasted the whole way staying ice cold the entire drive! By the time I arrived home, I think the swelling was already improving because of the cooling effect from the smoothie! Thank you! I also am so happy that there are locations like this that believe in clean ingredients free of toxins. My only request is if you can bring a Clean Juice location closer to me in the valley please!

We ordered 100 smoothies, and every single one was fresh, delicious, and made with high quality organic ingredients. It was a huge hit, and we received rave reviews from our guests all day long. What truly set Clean Juice apart was the customer service. It is unparalleled. From the moment we placed our order to the final setup, the team was responsive, accommodating, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect. It is rare to find a company that cares this much about its customers and takes such pride in what they do. The setup was flawless, everything arrived exactly as promised, and the entire process was effortless on our end. Knowing that everything is organic made it even better. What is not to love? Whether just needing a refreshing pick me up or ordering for an event, Clean Juice is the place to call. We could not have been more impressed and in addition to making our regular juice and smoothie runs, we will absolutely be ordering from them again.

My go-to orders are the Wolverine and the Yogi (without the prebiotic booster). I usually get the Wolverine with whole milk instead of the almond milk on the menu, and it's hands-down one of the best smoothies I've had. The customer service is excellent as well. On my last visit, they made a little more smoothie than would fit in the cup. Rather than throwing it away, they poured the extra into a smaller cup and gave it to me. It's a simple gesture, but it says a lot about how they treat their customers and how they value their product. Great smoothies and friendly staff. That small act of generosity alone earned a repeat customer. Looking forward to my next visit. Cheers!

I especially love the million and billion dollar smoothies, and the mint chocolate one is also really good. Everything tastes super fresh. My usual order is the Buddha Bowl with no chocolate drizzle, no honey, and extra peanut butter. I get it every time. Thick base. Really good toasted granola. Cocoa nibs, coconut flakes, fresh strawberries, blueberries, and banana. The people here are also always sweet and happy. Service is great. It's also in such a nice little spot. There's a cute fountain right outside that I swear is never actually on, but it's right across from the Commons, so it's perfect if you want to grab your smoothie or bowl and walk around a little after.

We were disappointed, though, by the lack of options and short staff that resulted in an incredibly long wait time. When we arrived, there was only one party ahead of us with 3 people in it who wanted 3 smoothies. Additionally, when we looked at the menu, we noticed that there was literally only one option that didn't have dairy in it. When we got to the counter, I asked the cashier if there were any non-dairy substitutes. She froze and said she didn't know, and then she recommended Chobani yogurt...which was still dairy...She said there weren't any smoothies with no dairy, although I had only found one on the menu. We ordered and then proceeded to wait around 20-25 minutes. There was only one cashier and what looked like the owner working. Since they were understaffed and realistically should have probably had at least one other person working, it was a huge turn-off in coming back again, especially since there wasn't a huge line to begin with. There ended up being people that came in after us and I know if I was on my lunch break from one of the next door stores in the shopping center, that I wouldn't be able to come here because of how long it takes alone. The smoothies themselves were good, but for someone who is dairy-free, I won't be coming back since the only real substantial smoothie that they can make is the one option. I don't want to have a watered down smoothie or one that has a weird consistency that's on their menu with dairy already. My mom and sister liked theirs, but regretted waiting as long as we did. I'd love to support them if they ever decide to expand their menu and have dairy alternatives, as I think the majority of LA and the surrounding areas would also appreciate it. I think hiring more than one person would help the speed of things and secure more of a loyal customer base that's possible in Westlake Village.

The keto quiche with almond flour crust was to die for!!! But I didn't have to die because it was ultra low carb and listed the net carb count on the menu, so it was a safe food for me. LI'm not exaggerating when I say it's one of the best things I've ever eaten at a cafe! It had only 6 g of net carbs and was also vegan and gluten-free. It was so good, everyone I was dining with wanted to order it. As a Type 1 diabetic who needs to carefully control my carb intake and know exactly how many carbs are in food so that I can take the appropriate amount of insulin, eating outside of my home often feels like a huge game of risk. So when I encounter a place that has keto items on the menu and lists the amount of net carbs so that I know how much insulin to take, I am actually overwhelmed with gratitude. When there's an item like this on a menu for anyone on a keto diet, of which there's so many of us for many different reasons, I feel like the people making that decision are showing a kindness and respect to the diversity of their customers' needs. It's the most welcoming thing a business can do. My dream is that one day, every cafe offers this. This quiche was so good, I would be willing to make the drive to Westlake Village just to eat it. The staff was also really kind, checking other sugar and carb counts for other dishes so that I can understand more about the menu. Everything at The Royal Egg was just all class. The food was piping hot when it came out, the coffee was delicious, I loved that everything was farm to table and grass fed, etc. I genuinely can't wait to go back!!

I said Really? She confirmed there was no way to give me a time, as they were slammed. I had to make up a parking spot, so I figured that I couldn't wait too long. So I just said, "Well, if you're that busy, I'll just take a refund." Another girl came over, and she said, " Well, you can't get a refund. You'll have to call Chow Now" I explained that I ordered through their website, and she explained that they use Chow Now. I said, " Well, can't you just tell me how long it'll be to make an egg burrito?" At this point, it had been only about 15-20 minutes since I ordered it. All I was doing was looking for a time. Then the manager came over and decided to "school" me on how busy the restaurant was, and I needed to understand that when I order food, it may or may not be ready when it says it's ready. She was obnoxious to say the least!! So I said, "Look, I don't want my money back, but how long is it gonna take to make a burrito?" and she said. "I don't know. We're busy!!!" And walked away, and then the other girl said it would only be another 10 minutes. So I said "OK", and I went outside to move my car because, as I mentioned, I was parked in a fake spot. There was no spot where I parked. I parked in the blue lines. Now just imagine if I was a delivery driver for DoorDash or somebody who delivers food, and you get a text saying your food is ready and you're there to pick it up, and there's no parking, so you make up a spot, and they're telling you that they have no idea how long it's gonna take. I was trying to be accommodating, so I said OK when the one girl said she would get it made in like 10 minutes. So I went outside to move my car, and then I got an email message saying that they canceled the order because they were too busy. I'm not sure what happened, but I have worked in customer service for many years. I'm in my 50s. I don't need to be talked down to like I'm a 20-year-old person who's never ordered food before and even if I was a 20-year-old who had never ordered food before, I don't think the manager coming out and screaming at me because she's overwhelmed is good customer service. I mean, being busy is a good thing. The place looked packed, so I'm assuming the food is really good, and it's really popular, but this interaction has left a really stale taste in my mouth. And my husband, when I came home without the egg burrito, was like are you kidding me and they were rude too. We'll never go there. Again, going back to my original statement. If they were too busy to make an egg burrito, then they shouldn't have taken the order in the first place. I'm sure the manager will get upset and comment something rude about me. I was happy to wait, I just needed a time. If it was 45 minutes, I could have come back home. If it were 10, then I could have moved my car, which is what I decided to do when they canceled the order.
