Phenomenal costumer service. I asked if they were hiring and the staff were very open to the question! The boba tasted great. I liked the ombré look it had (before I mixed it lol). The place is clean and well lit. Cute LED decoration on the wall. If you don't want a sugary drink I recommend the Sunset iced tea with 25% sweetness. It has jasmine and is caffeine free!

I was eager about visiting this place because their menu looks fun (and it is). It's a small & lowkey place but very clean and the service is quick. You can either use the kiosk to order or go to the counter and tell one of the workers what you want. I would rate it as 3.5 but there's no option for half a star so gave it 4 instead of dragging it down to 3 stars. The reason why I think this place isn't exactly a 5-star boba place is the flavor richness. The matcha milk tea boba was so diluted that you can barely taste the matcha. I felt like I was drinking matcha flavored water with boba. I'm not sure if I would ever come back to give it a second shot, but I was underwhelmed by the washed out flavor so I'm not too eager to go back. I hope that the owners see this review and maybe just work on their recipes a bit to make the flavors richer. If they can fix that issue I think this boba shop can actually be one of the best ones in town since they offer so many flavor and boba varieties so it's a fun place to be for boba.

First time here and staff is very friendly. It's pretty close to work since I work at the Kaiser Hospital down the street. Location in in the same lot as Chik Fil A. I bought the Peach Lychee Fruit Tea and it's very refreshing. They didn't add too much Ice which is Perfect! I will most likely come back to try the other items on the menu. Curios about the Grapefruit Iced Tea.

First time here, and I loved it! I ordered the milk tea Boba and the red velvet macaroon. The Boba was amazing, I loved the brown sugar boba pearls and the milk tea. The macaroon was ok, it didn't taste fresh and it was a little bit chewy but next time I'll get a different flavor hopefully it's better. The place was very clean, the staff were very nice, fast service.I will definitely come back.

This boba place is impeccable I enjoy going every single day and talking to all the staff members. Marcus and Mike are quite honestly the best workers you'll ever meet. they are super sweet and kind to all the customers. he is fun to talk to and whips up some 10/10 boba. Been to quite a few Boba Spots around Los Angeles and I was beyond excited for the Downey location to open for quite some time. From the time I arrived to my departure, I was greeted with an amazing service from all the staff members during my visit. Everyone was professional, kind and efficient in the efforts as a team and I think this location has the potential to strive in this community. My son recommended coming to this boba place and I loved it. I loved the ordering ahead and them having my drinks ready. I tried the Coffee Boba and that was pretty amazing. We also tried the Caramel milk tea which was okay just wish it was sweeter. Overall I'll be coming back for more. For parking Depending on the day and time might be a bit hectic with the drive thru for chick fil a but bring a buddy for the pick up they can get off get the drinks and by the time you make it on the other side you're good to go. Last week my sister ordered drinks for all her kids and 4 out of the 5 drinks had plastic red chunks that one of my nephews almost choked on. I think what a lot of people will forget about visiting a franchised business is that the reviews of the staff/owners matter more than the taste of the food/beverages being sold. When you have a selfless and loving team who take pride in their work, and they create a welcoming environment as soon as you walk in, their business just simply can't be beat. The guys at this location were super quick and efficient and had no problem taking a moment of their time to go through the menu and offer their suggestions. Next time I visit cali from Arizona, I won't hesitate to make a stop here for some good service and quality drinks. read more

Even an hour and a half later was delicious... Me and the kid quickly devoured our 3 each and struggled to leave 3 for wife before we had to go to an activity. Donut ball itself wasn't overly sweet, just delicious period. I guess it's the toppings that add the sweetness. Only tried the classic (honey cinnamon, walnut). The other flavors will probably be amazing desserts, but I think all I need is just the donut ball by itself. Honey and walnut adds a bit of sweetness and bite, but the base donut ball is a shining star on it's own in my book! Good thing was the honey was mostly on the bottom and walnut crumbles on top, so you can rub as much or not of those as it fits you. Absolutely loved this boba shop! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming--they greeted me with a smile and made great recommendations based on what I like. So glad this location opened around the corner from my work, I get to stop by during my lunchtime for the kale smoothie, my favorite. Place is new, very clean, the staff is very attentive and friendly. You are always greeted very warmly by the staff when you walk in, big smiles. Stuff is bomb. Right next to a Chick-fil-A- if you want to quench your boba fix. It's new, super clean, and some nice people run it. I would stop by again if I lived in the area and make it my regular boba spot. read more
