My go to spot for my Honey Green Tea now! Super closed to my house. Place is exceptionally clean - love the decor! Drinks are a bit pricey if you get upgrades ($7+ for an iced tea without toppings), but they offer different kinds of drinks. Awesome place! Will keep coming back because they also provide great service!

    Strawberry and coconut with boba

Strawberry coconut is my favorite with boba! Recommend 100%. Perfect amount of strawberry and coconut blend, not too sweet and simply refreshing, reminds me of the lava flow drink I had in Hawaii :). The place is clean and friendly.

I ordered the tea half sweet but it seemed very watered down, lacking flavor. The employees were not very friendly and did not act like they wanted to be bothered. The inside was clean. I would not recommend.

My galaxy was good and came with star jelly, I added rainbow jelly to it as well, my wife didn't really like her strawberry milk tea was very light, customer service was lacking, they didn't seem to care working there, the boba spot was bright and inviting with some areas to wait for your drink the shop was clean , parking can be quite packed for a very small lot.

I came in yesterday for the first time and I ordered a Thai milk tea with boba. It was delicious and I enjoyed my drink! It was the perfect combination of sweet and tasty! Parking was easy to find. The staff was kind and helpful. The shop was clean and inviting! Close to the target shopping center.

Ordered their chocolate strawberry shake (seasonal I think) which tasted a lot like chocolate-covered strawberries. It had oreo bits mixed in as well for that extra crunch. I also got their honeydew smoothie half sweet with easy boba. The boba itself could have been chewier/softer. Service was through a iPad screen kiosk.

We ordered the black iced tea with boba online: love that you can customize the level of sweetness, ice and other additional sides on your drink. The place looks hip with nice decor and cleanliness. Staff are friendly the place has good parking if it is not too busy and crowded. They have good selection of milk tea drink and it's very convenient that you can order online and it's priced right.

Not going to lie, I didn't know if I was ever going to another It's Boba Time location after my last visit a long long time ago at the Chino Hills location. I visited this location a few days ago and can honestly say I enjoyed my drink; regular size house milk tea with boba. I did feel like I had to wait a little longer than usual as there were a few orders ahead of me. I came around 6 (?) and the boba in my drink did not taste fresh. Nevertheless, if I am in the area and need a quick solution to my boba craving I will stop here.

TLDR: Decent drinks, terrible service. We were in the area, and saw good reviews so decided to try out Boba Time - Duarte. We didn't expect much, just like any other Boba Time, which we frequent. Parking was limited, but empty around the time we went, around 5 PM Friday. Interior: Was O.K. only. I can tell management/employees don't upkeep the place. Place is not as clean as you'd find other modern tea spots, and decor is worn out, like really, worn out. Seats are all faded or fading and plants are not maintained. Drinks: We ordered a rose matcha w/ boba which spouse liked. It tasted well rounded, nothing special, nothing bad, it does the job. I ordered a Honey Jasmine Green tea, couldn't adjust sweetness or ice but it came out alright. Tasted a little watered down. Food: We ordered a red velvet cheese cake, it tastes ok, the red velvet portion was a little dried out. Service: Here is the kicker! We walk in, no one bats an eye or looks at us. We wait a bit only to realize a small sign pointing to the self-serve kiosk for self-ordering. Ok? That'd be nice if they told us or the sign was at least bigger? When receiving the food/drinks, I noticed the cake they gave us is the red velvet one. I ask the worker and he legit was trying to fool me saying it is a red velvet cheese cake. It's only red velvet ONLY. I showed him the one we wanted and there is a real difference of just red velvet and red velvet cheese cake and cheese cake. You can definitely tell. And this foo legit thought I was stupid enough to tell me the one he gave me is THE red velvet cheese cake. It went something like this: -Excuse me, we ordered the red velvet cheese cake. =That is the red velvet cheese cake. (Clearly a velvet cake only) -No, this one is the red velvet cheese cake (points to the actual red velvet cheese cake) =Well, they're both red velvet cheese cakes actually. - *Completely dumbfounded*. I wouldn't be as offended if he at least apologized for the mix-up and not blow me off with his half-baked excuse. At least know your menu and don't try to trick your customers! I would rate this place negative, but the drinks were alright, and that's what we came for. Done deal, never again. If you think I'm clowning, take a look at the pictures, you can tell the real difference between cheese cake and velvet cake frosting.

The bobas were really good not overly sweet. Someone was ready to take an order upon arrival. The service was fast and they were very nice.

There were already people waiting and a decently sized line began to form! Despite the growing crowd, the person who helped us was very friendly and encouraged us to try all the flavors if we wanted to. While we tried each flavor, she described each of its components in great detail - something I truly appreciated!! Everything was delicious but I personally ended up getting the Mango Sago and Vietnamese Coffee (probably would not mix the two next time lol but delicious individually). The mango sago tasted like fresh mangoes and reminded me of a rich high quality mango sorbet. SO. Good. The perfect summer treat! Vietnamese coffee tasted exactly like how the drink would taste, which I was honestly surprised about since coffee ice creams are flavored a bit sweeter than the actual drink. It was perfect for me but may not be everyone's cup of tea because it does have bitterness :) The ambiance in there is amazing - details in every cranny and nook of the space. It's retro and very chill / relaxing! There are a very limited amount of tables but I did see stacks of plastic stools for people to sit on outside. Also there's a coin machine where you can purchase lactaid. A small gesture keeping the community in mind haha.

SinBala - Arcadia…read more SinBala is one of the rare Taiwanese restaurants that has stood the test of time. I grew up eating here. There used to be several locations across Southern California, and I'm glad the Arcadia location is still here. Every visit brings back memories. I come for the Taiwanese classics that are becoming harder to find. The popcorn chicken is still one of my favorites--crispy, fragrant, and seasoned the way Taiwanese street vendors do it. The Taiwanese meatball soup is comforting, and the Taiwanese sausage always reminds me of night markets back home. What I appreciate most is that SinBala doesn't just serve street food. It brings those familiar flavors into a warm, home-style setting. It's nostalgic without trying too hard. Before you leave, save room for dessert. Their shaved ice is a must. I always recommend the brown sugar shaved ice topped with five mochi or boba. It's refreshing, not overly sweet, and the perfect ending to a meal. Taiwanese food is often overshadowed by other regional Chinese cuisines, but places like SinBala remind me how unique it really is. Simple, comforting, and full of character. I'm grateful this little piece of Taiwan is still here.
