This was my first time visiting and it was a sweet experience! The service was excellent and the cookies were so fun to try! The celebration cookie was my favorite, snickerdoodle was second and the Oreo cookie was my third favorite. The pink cookie was served cold which kind of threw me off a little bit but still good. I've only ever had Crumbl cookies a few times and have to say I'm just not a fan - this last try was no different. I ordered a regular 4 pack off uber eats as part of a bundle and only really enjoyed one of the flavors - the textures are way too doughy and thick for my liking and they almost seem terribly undercooked. In the 4-pack we opted for the s'mores brownie, blueberry cheesecake cookie, chocolate chip cookie, and the snickerdoodle cookie. The only decent one was the blueberry cheesecake cookie. The flavors were great and if I had to get Crumbl again it would only be this flavor - but again the texture was just too thick and doughy.  The other two cookies were bland to the point of just being wasted calories. I felt like I was eating paste. I had really high hopes for the brownie bc it looked awesome and I love anything with marshmallow. It tasted nice enough and the marshmallow icing was good but the brownie was insanely thick - and again very doughy and seemed undercooked.  The cookies and brownies are massive, so in terms of quantity the high prices may be justified - but the quality definitely isn't there for me. I don't think I'll be trying any more Crumbl cookies - I only keep giving them a try bc I feel like they should be much better than they are lol.  Since this was part of an uber eats order I can't speak to the location or the staff - just the quality of our order. read more

Wow. Disappointed at the service today. One star for service. IDK about the cookies yet. I came for the tres leches and my coworkers wanted the other flavors. I ordered on the app. Went inside. Another woman came after me and was behind me, also picking up. Server brought out both orders at the same time. Served the other woman first and offered to show the cookies. The server then just handed me my box. Didn't show my cookies, like I really cared, but do I not get the same service? Nothing wrong with the location. Although it feels so sterile and quiet. There are no cashiers. You order through an iPad so don't send your abuela to order. I ordered the churro, cheesecake, chocolate chip, and sprinkles. Honestly the tastes vary but they vary in not great ways. Some of the cookies came out warm, not the cheesecake obviously, but some were room temp. The sprinkles has almost no taste. The churro is good but it's at a 1000% sweetness level. You end up feeling like you need to brush your teeth for 10 minutes and fill in cavities. For all the calories and sugar in the cookies, you would think it would be worth it to eat the cookies. It's not. Just make some cookies at home. It's cheaper and at least they'll be tasty. read more

This crumble is pretty convenient since it's next to a Target. It's a small little shop with different cookies to choose from. I have my favorites and some that I don't like. First off I'd like to give a thanks and shout out to Ty. He's a great and friendly guy. My family and I were looking for the cinnamon roll, cookies and crème and cannoli cookie at the Pasadena location but it was sold out so I called the Duarte location and he said he'd put some aside for me as they were low on stock. We got to the place and he had there ready for us . We were thankful as it tasted really good. Crumbl is definitely one of our go to spots for cookies. The store was clean and organized . Crumbl cookie has soft, big, and chewy cookies that are creative and fun! They switch out their cookies weekly and I am always looking forward to seeing what they're rolling out for the next week. The presentation of the cookies and the cute pink box makes for a fun treat. Sometimes, their cookies do taste the same despite looking different. And the frosting can be sickeningly sweet. I've tried so many and my few favorites are biscoff cookie butter lava, wedding cake, and cookie dough. The Duarte location is next to the Target shopping center. It shares a parking lot with other small restaurants but I never have issues with finding parking. The staff are friendly and they offered me a free cookie randomly once which was very sweet! Many people rave about Crumbl cookies and the packaging looks appealing, so i decided to get it for my husband's brother on his birthday. There are many different flavors, but for me, there's a lot going on. I don't think I have that big of a sweet tooth. I'm more of a simple cookie/traditional flavor kinda gal. A nice oatmeal raisin cookie, chocolate chip cookie or macadamia nut cookie works for me. They have very unique flavors, so I can see why it attracts a lot of customers. The last two times I went here, I ordered 6 and 4 cookies. Each time they gave me a wrong flavor cookie. First time it was supposed to be chocolate chunk and she gave me Mama's Recipe. Today 1-27-25 it was supposed to be the white chocolate macadamia nut cookie and instead she gave me the Mama's Recipe. PEANUT ALLERGY BEWARE My child is allergic to peanuts so we made sure to tell the staff we would like the one peanut butter cookie we bought be separated to a different box. It got to us that way and we were really happy. My child can eat anything that was made/manufactured in a facility that may contain traces of peanuts. As long as she doesn't directly ingest peanuts, it will be fine. One small nibble of the chocolate chip cookie and we went straight to the ER. A family brought me and my coworkers a box so we all decided to try a little of each... Chocolate Pumpkin Cheesecake was really sweet, had a hint of that pumpkin pie and cheesecake but didn't really taste like pumpkin cheesecake. Wasn't my favorite. Cookie Butter White Chip kinda threw me off with the Biscoff cookie on top because that's what I though it would taste like but tasted more like a graham cracker cookie... Buckeye Brownie was pretty good but I LOVE chocolate and this wasn't too rich but not lacking in flavor so overall my favorite out of these 4 Classic Pink Sugar wasn't the best, it was just a sugar cookie with pink frosting and was really sweet. Overall the texture of the cookie is perfect, soft in the middle but the cookie is really sweet and a 1/4 of the cookie is the listed calorie not the whole thing so 1/4 of a cookie is easily 150-190 calories and my friend told me she got 4 cookies and it was close to $30-40! read more

This location is in the shopping center with the target off of Huntington and Mountain parking is a little tight but not completely terrible. It is surrounded by other food options. If you like sweets like me it is worth the hype! The menu changes weekly which good because there is variety but if you fall in love with a certain flavor it might not be there the next time and you have to wait on the rotation. Kinda pricey but they are not small by any means. Also a solid cookie. We cut them in quarters and it was just enough. We got the pink sugar cookie, chocolate brownie, chocolate chip and cookie butter. The sugar cookie was my least favorite and the cookie butter 11 out 10 would recommend! read more

I've been wanting to stop in this Crumbl Cookies for the longest time. I noticed that they were opening up when I went to the dentist next door a few months ago. I went during the middle of a day on a random week day so it wasn't busy at all so I was able to ask questions. I was surprised how big the cookies were. I ended up getting a box of 4 and I also got one of their cookie cutters. I had seen it online and was really intrigued. They change up their menu weekly so it'll be different all the time. This time I got a milk chocolate chip, a mystery cookie, lemon cupcake, and a heath bar cookie. The chain also has an app you can download, I'm sure there's a lot of functionality with it but for this trip I didn't use it. Overall, the cookies were really good. I cake here for the first time and been wanting to come here for awhile. Glad it was near the area! I got the Walnut fudge brownie and the Lemonade. The cookie is almost $5 each but they are big and thick. Both the cookie has different texture but my favorite is the Walnut Fudge brownie. The outer taste like a cookie and the middle is soft and chewy like a brownie. So good and would definetly come back when they have this again. The lemonade cookie is more crumbly and has a different texture. It taste good but I wouldn't get it again.
