This Jamba Juice is located in the same plaza as Smart & Final, specifically right between Wells Fargo & AT&T store with parking available right out front. Wanting to use up an old gift card my husband received as a gift a few years ago, we decided to come by this location on a Friday, around 5:35 pm. Since there were 2 people ahead of us, we waited a little over 15 minutes until it was our time. There only seemed to be 2 employees working. After taking one order, the employee would help make the orders instead of taking the next order at the register. When it was our time, we ended up ordering: Chunky Strawberry Bowl, $8.69 prior to tax- I opted to order this because I wanted to know why everyone are so into acai bowls and the like. This was a bit disappointing. The strawberry smoothie filling in this was very over powered by the peanut butter. Honestly, the only thing I liked about this bowl was the sliced bananas, sliced strawberries and granola. Definitely would not recommend ordering this again, unless you are the type of person who likes protein supplements and guzzle those down after every time you sweat. Strawberry Sure Rider, Medium, $6.99 prior to tax- My husband opted for this drink. Sadly, it was very strong in the lemonade that was used in this drink. We both were expecting this drink to be sweet and taste more like strawberry than lemon. Would also not recommend this drink. ----------------------------- (Total= $17.29 after tax) Wait time for our order took a while. But considering the set up of the employees working, I had already expected that there would be a long wait for our items. Jamba Juice is definitely expensive (I haven't been in a really long time) and am surprised how disappointing our items were, especially at the price point. I don't recommend coming to Jamba Juice, it's a waste of money and the items here don't taste good (or at least this location). My husband still has some money left on his gift card (I think gift cards can sometimes be a horrible gift, especially if it is a place a person does not frequent. Sorry if I sound ungrateful) but I don't know if we would be back to try to finish it off. read more

We got the strawberry whirl and the apple n' greens, which was delicious. This Jamba location is a bit small, but it's tidy. The service is exceptional, and the staff even provide suggestions if you are unsure what to get. The staff served our drinks efficiently. read more

I love this Jamba juice, its very close to my work and the staff is always friendly but doesn't waste any time! The drinks are always surprisingly fast! I normally only get one drink and don't try a lot but its been perfect every time and others I've come with have never complained. Its a little small so not the best place to stay in and eat/drink there but there are about 6 seats in the building for customers. read more

So I'll start off by saying the service here is terrible, and why every time I visit a Jamba Juice, the floors are always so filthy?! Yes, this location was disgusting. How can this just be a juice place (where people don't even dine in) and be so filthy? Customer service is always something I look for, then cleanliness is second. Even if their product is delicious, or the best thing I've ever had.. if service and cleanliness isn't up to standard, I will not come back. We ordered: + PB Chocolate Love (peanut butter, banana, and chocolate under their Whole Food Nutrition Smoothie) + Strawberries Wild (strawberries, bananas, apple strawberry juice blend) under Classic Smoothies) + Island Pitaya Bowl (pineapple juice, bananas, strawberries, mangos, and blueberries under the Energy Bowls) I had a $20 giftcard from forever ago and was able to utilize it. The total was ~$18 which was perfect! I tried both the PB Chocolate Love and my brother's Strawberries Wild and they were both refreshing and delicious! It was my cousin's first time trying an acai bowl and she really enjoyed her Island Pitaya Bowl. She even said she'd continue ordering this from now on! My PB Chocolate Love was not what I expected. It was my first time trying it and I loved how the peanut butter complimented the chocolate. My only concern is, I had been on the toilet all day yesterday after I finished my PB Chocolate Love. This location always has great customer service and thankfully isn't as busy as others I've been to in the SGV. I like their real juice smoothies and recently tried their kale, mango and passion fruit smoothie (very tasty). I remember years ago, I went to a Jamba at another location, and the vibe was great. The staff was energetic, cheery and got stuff done fast. It synced with the healthy smoothies and the extra shots to make you feel great about your day. What the hell happened? I walked into this one and the staff was a grumpy mess. The lady that ended up helping me just walked up to the register and fumbled around w/o making eye contact. I finally walked up to the register and placed my order. Total was 5.69. I handed her a gift card for 5. and a fiver for the balance. Then her first words came out, " You don't got anything smaller, like 69 cents? " I didn't realize a 5 dollar bill was so hard to break, I must be a baller! Reluctantly, she handed me the change w/ no personality and walked away. Couple of minutes later, her 'attitude' twin called out the drink, and as I approached to get it, I noticed she also had the look of defeat. I said "thanks" which she responded " ... " The smoothie was pretty tasty, but overpriced for a medium. There's just not enough reason for me to step near this depressing vacuum chamber of emotions. The cashier here was not welcoming from the moment we walked in. I ordered an açaí bowl and was informed that they were out of bananas. I said that was totally fine and my sister continued to order her drink. When we received our items, I asked for a spoon for my açaí bowl. Since you know... it's a bowl. And she just flat out was like, "we don't have spoons here". Like it's not a normal item they have. Like WTH? She was so rude. Those type of interactions that just ruin your day because why would I want to order a bowl and not get a spoon? Also why wouldn't you tell me that when I first ordered the bowl you told me about the bananas, you could've told me about the spoon. The other Jamba juices we frequent are kind enough to let us know before hand if they are out of the actual bowls and are using cups or if they are out of spoons, BEFORE I place my order. I bought this to eat as my lunch before I run errands. So it's not like I'm going to go home and get a spoon. Luckily Subway was close by and the lady there was so kind to give me a spoon. Went in here yesterday after not having been to a Jamba Juice in forever and Mary was awesome! I seriously felt so bad cause she was the ONLY person working both the register and blenders and they were definitely busy at the time I went in. She handled herself very well under the pressure and managed her time amazingly going back and forth from the stations to service every person that came in! Mary was also very helpful when it came to any questions I had regarding the drinks and how they're made. I had a great visit today. I haven't been to Jamba in so long and I was not disappointed today. The manager Karina helped me place my order and was so friendly. They have a gift card deal you buy $25 and you get a $5 bonus card just in time for the holidays. I thinks the deal is in increments of $25 so if you buy $50 in gift cards you get two $5 bonus cards. And they have some cute Christmas decorations. Jamba just got a regular customer now. 2-15-2016 They ran out of whey protein. Supermarkets have to worry about 1000s of inventory items... Jamba Juice sells juice, and the ingredients that go into it. If you can't manage the inventory of a Jamba Juice, you have no business managing a retail store. Unlike Juice it Up, who has several freshly squeezed items, Jamba Juice has maybe one smoothie with freshly squeezed carrot juice. I ordered it for that reason, and she used non-fresh carrot juice from the fridge. Then, I forgot I had bought a sandwich she was toasting, and she let me leave without it. I came back a few minutes later, and she tried to say she told me to hold on and wait. Neither my daughter or I heard that. It's my bad for forgetting, but she could've handled it without trying to flip it like that. I'm going back to not liking this particular location.
