Paid $12+ for a burger combo. Fries looked & tasted like they came out of grease trap. Went back through line, was told that's their new fries. Was offered new fries but was told they would be the same. Was not offered refund or if I'd like to upgrade to onion rings. Burger time had the best fries around, not anymore. If I had to rank my experiences in life, this would make the top 3. I absolutely love this establishment. They treat you like family and truly know what's it's like to be a standup business. Food is not the most important thing about this place, its the memories you make on the way. The view gives me nostalgia of the old days and the customer service makes me feel at home. read more

Fries were prepared fresh and were great hot. Cheeseburger had good toppings and was flavorful. The staff, Isaiah and Dallas, were friendly and fairly quick. Cleanliness was so so. Nice outside seating,, cool for pictures or just a good lil lunch snag. Old school vibes. read more

The smoke from the grill was wafting temptingly over the roadway, I took it as a siren call and did a quick U-turn hoping I wasn't heading for the rocks as I had with last night's dinner. Low cholesterol diet forgotten, it was too tempting, a throwback drive-thru with a few picnic tables outside and a sign that said "burgers, fries, pop". I looked on it as a cultural adventure and damn the diet, again! Soft bun, packed with fresh-tasting salad, pickles and sauce and a 1/3lb patty that, even though a little overcooked, tasted like beef. It was a sticky, messy enjoyable bite to eat. Unfortunately the onion rings while thick and crispy, were tasteless but I'd go back again for one of those burgers over a chain any day. read more

Personally I didn't need a huge burger and happy to see that I could get something small to go with my onion rings. Burger had some char to it but tasted very good. Comes with ketchup, mayo, lettuce, tomato & onions. I had them omit the tomatoes (personal preference) and really liked it with the ketchup & mayo. My man isn't a mayo fan, but likes it on Burger Time's burgers with ketchup too. Tempura-style battered onion rings were really tasty & plenty in an order. I was really scarfing them down! My man's chocolate shake was really good! Served in a plastic cup & we can definitely tell its made with real ice cream. Fun to see that there are 2 sides to the drive thru.... Let me start by saying Burger Time has always been a favorite of mine. Since they first opened many years ago it was always my go to place if I wanted a good burger. Over the past year and a half I have been on a diet that BT does not fit into very well. Today I stopped in for the second time in 2019. I was as disappointed as the last visit. It seems to me they have changed the meat patty and possibly the cooking method. It tastes like a cooked (not grilled) frozen patty from a grocery store. My diet allows me to eat a Hardees lettuce wrap, Burger King, McDonalds, or Wendy's double/triple cheese burger (no bun). BT will be relegated to #4 on that list. read more

I pulled up to the drive up ordered 3 double bacon cheeseburgers 2 fries and 6 apple pies the lady taking my order said they only had 3 pies and it would be a 6 min wait for the other 3 I said that would be fine then she came back and said I wouldn't be able to wouldn't be able to wait I presume the manager told her to say that I have never heard such nonsense in my life are they trying to sell food or not I could not believe it so I ask to talk to the manager and Daphne told me that there were cars behind me that they couldn't have wait because I wanted six pies apparently Daphne isn't bright enough to think maybe I could pull to the side and wait for my pies but instead she was just rude people like that shouldn't be in management positions. so not only did Daphne's incompetence as a manager cost the company that order of 20 some bucks but I will never go there again and I would urge everyone else that thinks a we deserve a little respect stop eating at this place the food isn't bad but they obviously DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE COSTOMER ANYMORE especially Daphne. read more
