An update to my 2024 review, as they have a new location and expanded menu options. I stopped in last week for breakfast and for this visit (more visits to come for sure) I had the Prime Rib Brekkie sandwich with a side of fruit. It was was even better than I imagined - one of those meals where after your first bite, you pause and say OMG to yourself. My wife had the Richard's Special. She selected regular cut bacon over thick cut, and also choose the cheesy hashbrowns as the potato option. I don't recall which bread she chose. She said it all tasted great, and had me taste the potatoes, but between the bacon & potatoes, it was on the greasier side (in case you are sensitive to that). I look forward to trying the Salmon Omelette, Beignets, Biscuits & Gravy and stuffed bagel for breakfast. Then several items from the lunch side. read more

I'm obsessed with the vibes, very whimsical/hippie cute, dark colors with big windows. My friend and I had a girls lunch and we sat by the window and it just felt you were in a city, which is so nice! The lunch/brunch menu had a lot of great choices. I went with the avocado toast (not pictured as it was already gone ) and fruit (pictured). I was very excited that the fruit did not contain cantaloupe or honeydew. My friend got the Fargo special (pictured) which was 10/10, had the perfect crispiness on the bread and the taste was great. All in all, I suggest supporting this downtown eatery! read more

We were pretty disappointed when Bernbaums Went away. Thankfully, nova has slipped in and taken the ball and run with it! Went for brunch and very pleasantly surprised with the two breakfast sandwiches (Prime Rib and daily with thick bacon) we had and the side dishes (French onion soup and Caesar salad)were spectacular. The ambience inside makes for a really nice vibe for both breakfast and dinner! Can't wait to go back again! read more

Best breakfast sandwich in town by far!! Make sure to get the thick cut bacon option. Comes with a side Caesar salad which is phenomenal. Home made dressing. Place is awesome!! read more

Delicious fresh food and flavors. Sat at the bar; only 4-months open and yummy menu. Friendly staff. Would recommend for solo or groups.

Service was prompt, atmosphere was calm & elegant. Food was.... and I'm usually quite critical... Absolutely phenomenal. You can tell each meal is made from scratch with a home cooked feel. Was disappointed they didn't have the oxtail, but the pork belly was a great plan B! It was seasoned really well and balanced with some saltiness and sweetness. It had some greens to go with it. What can I say, really good pork belly burnt ends!!! Must try!!! read more

This is tough to write but needed I feel. Went here because of rave reviews and the wife's request. Saturday about 10:30 am, not busy at all, holiday weekend. Seated right away and served water. Here's the problem, water glass had a large bug on the top of one water. Like 3/4" big. Brought the water back to the server and received a a response of "eww". No apologies, just eww. Can't believe I'm saying this but we stayed and ordered. The fam's food was good they said. I'll believe them, but after receiving no comp or apology with the tab, I felt this review was warranted. We had the most enjoyable brunch at Nova...the Smoked Salmon Omelet was amazing. Can't wait to go back and try something else!

The server was attentive. Filled our coffee and water without being asked. The food was great. I was disappointed that there was no brunch menu or specials. And the bun for the hamburger was soggy. Toasting it more would have helped. I would go there again. Not quite a 5 but much more than a 4. read more

Nice ambiance. The tall seating by the window is a bit uncomfortable and doesn't match the vibe well, though. We were here for brunch. I had the biscuits and gravy with a side of eggs. It was good, but quite greasy and topped with fried kale which I thought clashed with the dish. I painstakingly removed it. We weren't offered any drink options other than water which I found strange. I'd like to try their dinner menu next to see if it's an improvement. read more

Pork belly is insane. So good. I loved the burger with half fries and cheese sauce. Excellent service at the window. Even the pickles are good! Pairs great with the beer! read more

The food was good. I had the weekly grilled cheese special, which I found what was all in it on their Instagram page, so if you go and are wondering what it is, check there. The service was really good and quick. I loved that they texted when your food was ready instead of shouting over everyone. The atmosphere was super awesome. read more

The beer-braised greens are amazing, and not something you can find in most restaurants!! Sooo glad to find this. The daily cheese sandwiches can be scrumptuous (I've only tried a pimento one--so good). If you are big on meat, the burnt pork belly ends were decent (I had never had pork belly before), and the masa squares were a good vegan choice. Portions are small, but so are the prices. Really hope this place gets off to a good start. Very nice staff and distinctive food! And if you don't like the more eclectic offerings, you can always go for their double burger. read more
