I lucked out with taking advantage of their markdowns on Fridays Regular were 3 for $ 18, and Large were 3 for $ 21, a great savings when average meals range from $ 9 and up, bonus they have a rewards program. She said they do not, but that there are plans for one. 95 Nutrition carries 1st Phorm protein, which is a great quality cold-pressed protein. I used to order it online, and this is the first place I've seen that carries it in-store. I love that you can pre-order your meals online & have them delivered, or you can pick them up in the store. Even better: you can customize your meals. If you want potatoes instead of rice, you can get that. If you need gluten-free, that's available. If you don't like spicy, let them know. Yunique explained that they frequently make customized meals for their clients. My past experience with their meals has been very positive. I've eaten spaghetti, burgers, wraps, Chinese food, and chicken meals. Homemade meals with great flavor & healthy to boot! What more could you ask for? Oh, and they say if you eat 4 of their meals a day & nothing else, you'll have sufficient nutrients & calories, and lose 1-2 pounds a week even if you change nothing else about your lifestyle.
