They called me back immediately after I sent a request for an estimate. These guys are very personable and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. They were very patient and understand my stress moving to a new city. After setting a date and time, they called a couple of times to re-confirm and always kept in contact with me. Although they arrived late due to the truck not being available on time (and because they are coming from Buffalo), they called me to let me know their ETA. They treated my belongings as their own. Jade was so kind to double wrap my medical degree when he realized that it did not have enough protection before placing in the truck. Scott and Jade work very well together and did an efficient and speedy job getting my two bedroom worth of belongings into the truck. They then drove to Pittsburgh same day and unpacked my things into the rooms designated. They had a grueling day which did not finish until 9 pm in Pittsburgh but they were professional and always had a positive attitude. I very much enjoyed having them moving my belongings, and I am very pleased with their work. I have endorsed them to other colleagues of mine who are looking for movers, and one of them hired Scott and Jade for later in the week. I give them my highest recommendation for price, professionalism, and being very considerate with my belongings. Reach out to them for your moving needs, you will not be disappointed. They used this courier and it has been a nightmare from start to finish. After repeatedly asking for more money for this and that (customs etc which they assured would be refunded) I guess we are screwed as we will not get the product ordered or the money back. They had the nerve to tell us no one was home to receive the delivery. My husband and I are both retired and we were home all day and available. No attempt was ever made to deliver anything. Then they wanted us to pay another $127 for the re delivery which we have refused. Maybe they went to the wrong house but they did not come here. The herb company has agreed to refund our money on their end but we lost more money in the process and shipment. No one answers the phone. When you leave a message they don't call back. They rarely answer your email questions. Just read all the reviews. They speak for themselves. I will be reporting to better business bureau. They should be investigated. Horrible service all the way around.

Yesterday, we received an email from Wayfair about this situation, and it's so remarkable that I'm going to include it here: "Our Logistics Manager let me know that this would not be an issue once the Chaise Lounges are located, but that getting hold of someone at Buffalo Courier Services in Rochester is very difficult. If you are able speak with someone at the terminal, you are welcome to make the request. We are working to resolve the backlog at the delivery agent's terminal as quickly as we can." How completely insane is that? Wayfair can't even reach their own subcontractor, so they're basically telling us to see if we have better luck reaching them than they do. Seems like Buffalo Courier Services isn't picking up the phone when they see that it's Wayfair calling. Unreal. Stay far, far away from this company.

No help needed and he left us alone to wander around the store. They have a wide selection of wines. I was surprised to see a hard to find Nighthawk Black Bourban Barrel Aged Bota Box wine. Don't be a wine snob! Bota Box wines are very good, not like the old boxed wines that we used to get for large gatherings. After checking out the rest of the place, which has nice wide aisles, we headed to the counter to check out. The guy at the counter offered to carry our purchases to the car. Not needed but was nice to hear. He told us that they'll price match anybody store. Nice to know! We'll be back. 2023-24
