This is the second time I've used them for flooring and they did not disappoint. The whole team has been awesome, respectful, responsive and professional. Even got to meet the owner who actually rang up our purchases. I used them years ago for vinyl tile flooring and they did so well I decided to link back up with them for vinyl plank flooring. We actually also purchased countertops but won't have them installed until next month after our cabinets are placed in. We shall see how that goes but I'm confident it will go well. Based on our horrible experience with them, i recommend you never let these people into your home. Had one simple leak behind our shower. They cut a big hole in the wall and still didn't diagnose the problem correctly. Their worker had to identify what was really wrong. Then the nightmare began. Over 4 months of a destroyed shower and bath due to their shoddy work ethic and disregard for client satisfaction. They installed a sink faucet on our tub. Imagine that! They left our shower in busted shambles and then got made at us when we showed dissatisfaction. They pulled out of the job with our bathroom shower and tub in an unusable state. Owner threatened me with violence. Another owner lied and cussed at my wife. Then they sued us for a balance of $1200+ for the unfinished job they left. I had to hire an independent contractor to finish. In my opinion, these are the worst of the worst. Angry, rude, unkind, dishonest. Negative 50 stars. Run from them. read more

Poor quality granite countertop install. The owners came out and looked at the work and wanted to fill chips with epoxy. The holes for the 3 piece faucet are not straight or spaced evenly. The holes were drilled to close to back splash. One of the owners was very dismissive. They felt it was a good job. I had to go buy a different faucet setup to try and correct the poor craftsmanship instead of using the one I originally bought. read more

Worst customer service and experience. I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. Please take your business elsewhere. The owner is rude and non-trustworthy. It's your Floor charged my credit card BEFORE work was performed, refused to honor the quote that was given to me for the work, refused to refund me, and then charged my card 3 weeks later again fraudulently after the credit card company had investigated the dispute. We decided to replace all the flooring and countertops in our 2800 sq ft home. We are very busy so the one stop convenience was a great option. Mike (aka Bubba) (sorry Mike your sister put me up to it) was prompt and on time with providing the estimate. It was a little higher than we expected, again he basically acted as our contractor - tile, backsplash, carpet, wood floors, granite tops, electrician (new cabinet lights) and plumber (new sinks). It was basically 3 weeks after pulling the trigger. All the contractors were respectful and patient. My wife works out of the house and we have dogs so there were logistics involved in making all this work out. Complicated by an unexpected appendectomy in week one! The tile is amazing! Actually everything exceeded our expectations. There was a few things with the floor we had the guys come out and correct (to be expected), a small mix up in pad selection for the carpet (corrected immediately) and the lights installed were halogen (very HOT) instead of LED. That is being taken care of now. Everyone that walks in cannot believe the tile is not wood (thank you Michelle) and they actually have to touch it. It butts up to the wood floor and the transition and contrast are stunning. Carpets are super plush, and the backsplash is just beautiful. (Go to Mikes wife for help with backsplash! :) ) Cheap? NO, but high quality and great installation backed with customer service does not come cheap. It's our home we are planning on keeping for a very long time. Recommended! Suggestions: they are busy, get everything (little details) in writing and up front. I say this with every project, but I felt comfortable enough that I did not get super detailed. In the end it caused a little delay and some confusion. All was taken care of, but it's nice to save time. read more

It was an overall bad experience with this company, and shame on us for not doing our due diligence beforehand to read reviews on multiple sites about them. In short, we like the final product -- but the journey to get there was excruciating. The professionalism is zero. My husband was referred to as "bud" on multiple occasions; I was talked down to; and when our painter (not affiliated with It's Your Floor) found multiple errors on their part, we were told that he needed to mind his own business and shut up. The work ethic is terrible. We picked out floor tile, shower tile (for the shower floor and wall) and grout color and not one choice was written down. Somehow our selections were "lost" (imagine that) and I had to take time out of a busy day with a toddler in tow to re-select. A different toilet from what we chose was delivered and installed, a cabinet that was apparently measured to fit a space (to be reused) didn't fit, leaving us to scramble at the last minute and spend extra money to have one built. When the work started, *IF* the workers showed up, it was 10 a.m. or later, followed by a lunch break. The contractors didn't realize I understood Spanish and spoke about me, calling me vulgar names. I had to ask them to lay down paper from my front door to my living room through my bedroom (where they were doing work in our master bathroom) to keep it clean. In addition, the sales representative was home sick one day and no one showed up at our house to do any work. I'm not sure about you, but when I'm home sick, I still have to put a plan in place in order for my work and responsibilities to be completed. We had to continually stay on top of them in order to get the work completed, to have people actually show up at our house to complete the work, to deliver the right materials, and treat us with respect. The work itself is mediocre. After It's Your Floors gutted our master bathroom, "directions" for the new shower size and bathtub placement were hand-drawn in pencil on the concrete floor -- and THIS is what the contractors took as firm measurement and began installing our shower base...and it was crooked. When I came home and noticed it, I was told that "this was how it was written out." (What?!) It took getting the owners of the company out to my house to see for themselves and the work having to be ripped out and done again. (The owners of the company then put a "stop work" on our project because we dared to call them out on the many, many things they did incorrectly. It took my husband having to go to their office and have a sit-down meeting with them in order to resume the project.) And even though the shower is at least even, our drain is off-center, as they expanded the shower size but kept the original drain location. I also noticed they were planning to keep the shower head in its original location (even though we had discussed moving it up), but I thankfully caught that before the entire wall was tiled and they could re-adjust. The company was also scheduled to remodel our two upstairs bathrooms, but we had such a bad experience with our downstairs master bath and downstairs hall bath that we told them to finish our downstairs bathrooms and get out. It was such a nightmare that the owners of the company threw in tile surrounding our tub (where we weren't originally planning to have it) in order to appease us. We are happy with the final project, but we use this company as an example of what NOT to do when people ask us about our remodel experience. Go elsewhere! read more

We have used ITS YOUR FLOOR for several years. The last house they put in granite and backsplash in our kitchen. The work was done on time and looked beautiful. We saved hundreds of dollars not using the big box stores. This house they installed our hardwood and carpet. Again, they did great work. The floors look great. We are so happy with our new floors. This was the first place we stopped and after doing some comparison shopping, they were by far the best in every way. Danielle was wonderful. She asked what our budget was and what we were looking for (of course champaine taste on a beer budget lol!) but she made it happen. She didn't try and get us to spend more than we could afford. We ended up going with a wide plank laminate that fit our active lifestyle (3 dogs, 2 cats, and a 4 year old). The price here was half of their competetors with a better selection and quality. We had about 500sq ft of tile to come up and almost 900 sq ft to be laid. They were able to get it all done in 3 days. The price they quoted was the price we paid...no suprises. What a bad experience I had with this company. After picking out the tile and setting up the install that was the end of the good customer service. The installers left about a 1/4 inch gap where the tile met the carpet in three different areas. I called the guy that I dealt with at the store and sent him pictures. He said he would contact the crew and arrange for them to come back out and would call me back. A week went by and never heard anything back. So I went back to the store and the lady that owns the place was there and I told her I was waiting for a call back. She set a time for a week later for the crew to come out with no apology. The install crew was supposed to be there at 9AM. That time came and went with no one showing up or calling. So I went back up to the store. The guy was there and I told him I'd been waiting all morning for the crew to come out and they never showed up. So he calls them and they said....they forgot. So I voiced my frustration about this missed appointment and him not calling me back last week, to which he said "I've got other customers besides you, I can't remember to do everything." All the while I am dealing with him, this guy has a plastic bottle that he has out in plain sight, spitting his tobacco juice in to. This perfectly represents their professionalism. They managed to get the crew to come out later that day. When they walked in they said..."Oh we can't fix that. You'll have to get a carpet person." So another trip back up to the store to get them to line up a carpet guy for yet another week later. He was supposed to be there at 9. 9:00 came, no one...9:15, 9:30, 9:45...finally around 10 he shows up. There were other points of frustrations like having to make multiple requests to get the leftover tile. My fault in all of this is not checking out this company before I did business with them. I am a believer in supporting our local businesses. But I understand why their rating with the Better Business Bureau is C+ and another review site has their rating at 2.8. With so many other tile companies to choose from I would STRONGLY recommend you look elsewhere. read more

I had wood floors installed 3 years ago in my old house and was very happy with everything. I moved to a new house and used them again. I told them I wanted the exact same flooring. They said it was discontinued but showed me the most similar flooring and I went with that. The house was vacant when they installed the flooring. They installed laminate instead of wood! I complained and did not want laminate. They said the price I paid of $5.99 ft was too cheap for me to think I was getting wood. Very unprofessional. I was planning to sue them but decided to live with the laminate. Very unhappy. read more

IYF Granite remodeled portions of three bathrooms, including plumbing, tub to shower conversion, new stone quartzite countertops and tub surround, and new tile floors. All workmen were efficient and very professional. They took care not to tear up existing wallpaper and mirrors, and repaired any needed paint or such after install. IYF was able to get the work finished within the requested time. We worked through some issues with the selected stone slab and designs, and IYF followed up on all requests and modifications! Faucets and shower fixtures, selections by IYF, look nice and work well. After six months there are no leaks in nine plumbing connects and that is great! Very good attention to plumbing, and that is SO important on remodels. I can certainly recommend IYF Granite for remodeling. read more

Terrible terrible terrible!!! Avoid these guys at all costs. Sleazy owners. 10k in wood floors with 40 - 50% warping less than a year in across 3 rooms. They have on file floor inspector to come inspect and write cookie cutter report claiming no apparent reason for warping w/only resolution jackhammer out entire floor to see if problem under house? 30 year old house no leaking. Floor already looks 20 years old top already wearing off. No we didn't buy the cheap stuff middle of the range. Owners refuse to stand by product of instal. Had to hire lawyer to begin process. These are the sleaziest of people. Run away fast. read more

My Install for carpet, granite counters, and tile backsplash was in January of 2015. Danielle has been excellent in answering calls and delivering the install when it was expected. However, when they installed my tile backsplash they removed a larger portion of Sheetrock than necessary on both sides of my kitchen. Now there is an uneven line of Sheetrock with GAPS AND HOLES in my kitchen walls. I've spent the last several months attempting to contact someone (within their company) who could fix the issue. This has resulted in countless phone calls to "It's Your Floor", only ever speaking with floor sales reps. Honestly any decent Sheetrock repair man or tile guy can fix this in about an hour. Then I'll still have to paint over their mistake because I'm sure they won't do that themselves. The owners have yet to contact me. Today is 9/3/15. This issue has gone on now for 7 months to which I've been told everything from "We'll take care of it", to "We'll call you back", and argued with everything in between. They do not stand by their word, and they do not finish the job they were paid to do. This company is either operating a scam, or just grossly negligent. read more

We used It's Your Floor for kitchen Counter tops. They did a good job at a good price So, we decided to use them to tile our Master Bath. What a terrible job they did. They received the wrong tile, not there fault. So, we were delayed a week. Then I had to put Red Guard down over the plywood so I knew the floor was pretty level. Their installers did not level the tile as they installed it. There are 10 or more places where tiles next to each other do not match up leaving very noticeable dips. When cutting the door jambs, some are even with the floor, some are a quarter inch to high. The tile around the toilet was so uneven the toilet was like a rocking chair. I had to use special washers and wedges to keep the toilet steady. They got thinnest and grout all over the walls and my newly stained cabinets, not to mention dirty handprints everywhere. They took three days to do a one day job. Do not use these people to install tile floors. you will regret it. read more
