People are always nice and don't mind giving you a sample of something you're curious about. This shop smells like melted butter and sugar and that makes for a pleasant experience as you check out all of the goodies that they have. If you can't make it in person, you can order online.

(A praline is a pancake-thin pecan and sugar candy full of fresh nuts.) Aunt Sally's makes a bunch of different flavors. We got original and chocolate. Both were slightly soft and deliciously super-sweet. Sometimes you can get fresh samples. It seems to me that they used to sell their candies freshly-made from a deli-like display in their own store. We were rushed on this visit (May 2026), but we didnt see that fresh display. Nowadays, they package them right away, and sell them same-day. They were quite tasty, like we remember. We love the intense sugar rush of chomping immediately into a freshly-made praline :-)

Monica was at the register and she was so funny and sassy. She said the best candy in town is the one they make in house! So I said, "Where are they then!" She said, "They are right over there!" The sauces listed as spicy are no joke! Flavorful but HOT! They also have a lot of other knickknacks to choose from. What convinced us to buy some items was the top tier customer service. I wish I would got the name of the lady who helped us. She was engaging and funny. The prices were similar to other shops we visited but I would definitely come back here to shop.
