Stopped for a quick bite while visiting the mall. I got the crispy chicken ramen and added a boiled egg. The broth was mild, and chicken was crispy just as advertised. It was very tasty. The only con was that the boiled egg wasn't fresh compared to everything else. I also appreciated the friendliness while ordering and the food came out quickly for a busy Sunday.

Delicious bowl of ramen. I ordered about thirty minutes prior to close and service was still fast and pleasant. All options were still available and the cashier was very kind. I ordered a bowl of ramen, cucumber salad, and a bubble tea. All three were delicious. I will say the cucumber salad was probably premade from a little while ago as they were very soaked in the seasoning, but still crunchy and had good flavor. There are two small tables next to the register, but if those are full you have the entire food court to sit in.

The food was delicious given it's fast food inside the mall of america . Good flavor for the broth and noodles were pretty tasty as well . Service was good they don't give free tap water though they only sell bottled water . Ambiance of cors was not the best given it's in the mall . For fast food it's really good

The flavor was there, for sure it was a tasty dish but there just wasn't enough broth. The soft boil egg was a bit dry, I'd prefer my yolk running. The Chashu was delicious. A bit more pricier than your average ramen bowl. They have a variety of other options so I'll definitely be open trying this place again.

This place was recommended on a "where to eat" video I watched and I walked all around to find it. It's in the food court area closer to Nordstrom, fyi. Crispy Chicken Ramen was perfect for me. For $15 I satisfied my craving for some salted broth with deliciously cooked noodles. The chicken didn't remain crispy for long but paired well with the cabbage and corn. There was 1 tiny piece of fish cake in here too. Taro Boba Milk Tea - sweet treat that paired well. Boba is always refreshing Glad I stopped in!

I'm visiting the Mall of America and since it's 36 degrees outside Ramen sounded like a good idea for lunch. First off, being that I'm in Minnesota the Ramen is pretty good for middle America lol. I ordered the Spicy Ramen with Char Siu. I like the texture of the noodles, the soup base is a bit salty and isn't as spicy as I like. The pork is ok, seems like it's made before hand as well as the soft boil egg. Its a bit pricey for mall food $18.39 after tax. Setvice js good being it's a food court stand I can't say much about the service. You pay first and get your order when it's done at the counter. This is a mall food court setting so ambiance is loud with people walking around you.

Service was quick and timely. Spicy miso was milder than expected, noodles were nice and springy, tea was delicious, vegetable ramen was nice the veggies were firm yet cooked and the broth had a smokiness.

Just OK. Yes, I'm aware that I took a risk ordering a non-ramen item at a ramen shop. Then again it is also a ramen shop in a food court of a mall -- not just any mall, of course, but the Mall of America. I had some hope! There was even a photo of the item I ordered from a while back that looked much better, must have been pre-Covid or something. Anyway, I got the char siu donburi (hand-sliced Char Siu pork, Japanese mayo, chef special sauce, green onion, rice seasoning nori, white onion over white rice) which I would say was 50% rice and you couldn't see the pork underneath all that mayo and sauce. Japanese mayo (a.k.a. Kewpie) is already very rich. Really wish the ratio of pork to rice was higher, wonder if I could have added a seasoned egg just for the heck of it. I know I ordered the "Char siu donburi" and not the "Shredded Char siu donburi" but to be honest I think they might have used the shredded char siu in my bowl; those definitely weren't sliced like I expect to see in the ramen bowls. Also got a Taro Milk Tea with Lychee Jelly which was OK. I at least didn't want to also take a gamble on chewy boba. Not sure if their milk teas are made with powder or real tea either. I know there were other opportunities at MOA to get boba/bubble tea such as UniUni or Chatime but such is Midwest life.

Fast food ramen. Received our food in 10 minutes. And the food totally reflected it. Ramen was hard. The soup flavor was the only thing that was saving it. Edamame and calamari were just ok. Came out hot and fresh but it really tasted like McDonald's fast food quality. Service was just ok. Nice but nothing about it was excellent. I wouldn't come back here. It was too chinsy of ramen food. I would rather go somewhere else.

We had a hankering for ramen while at the mall and we hit up this spot. The ordering system was good and I liked the pager system. The ramen was decent for mall food. I was a little disappointed they didn't use trays for our food making it difficult to carry everything to our table.

One of my relatives said that this ramen place was good, so we decided to try it since we were at the mall and it was lunchtime already. I ordered the tsukemen ramen (dipping ramen, spicy miso ramen and seafood ramen. The dipping ramen was kinda interesting, which is y we got it. When we got our order, the size was decent. We all shared it as a family and it was food. We couldn't really finished it. I think because we ordered too much food. The flavor was great. We can taste a lot of unami.

    6. Gyoza

Refreshing lemon strawberry tea, crispy gyozas, and a chicken stir-fry ramen that hit every craving. Quick service and perfect for a casual mall bite!

Ordered a chicken donburi which was excellent. A bit of a wait, but worth it. Definitely a favorite option for Asian cuisine at MoA.

I just got the Classic Tonkotsu Ramen this time and I can say it's the best ramen I've hard in the Twin Cities so far. Delicious, deep, flavorful broth. Great noodles and pork. I would have preferred no sesame seeds but there's nothing to critique on this ramen. Quick service, not crowded. I tried the ice cream machine for a cup on the way out. Not that great, and a little more eggy/custardy, but what can you expect from a vending machine. The mix-ins were fun. Will definitely be coming back.

They have no sea-food option either, and they only have one chicken ramen. Chicken wasn't properly grilled and it felt like I am eating raw chicken. The ramen noodles were also interesting in that they don't look like any of ramen noodles I had before. Broth is just pure MSG so I didn't even bother finishing the broth. Udon strips-fried was surprisingly very good. It was a bit oily but chicken in there was tasty. Good amount of bean sprouts and cabbages. They seem to have multiple options for udon stir-fried, so if you want a traditional ramen or even udon with broth, this is not the place for you.

In true family-style fashion we got plenty of dishes to share: some appetizers and some "main dishes" as well. The Xiao long bao and beef burrito are great starters. I enjoyed the wontons in chili oil, but wish they would've been spicy - we added our own chili oil/sauce. The pork belly fried rice and Shanxi shaved noodles were both fantastic. Both great portion sizes for main dishes with plenty to take home if needed. The restaurant is large and spacious nestled in a strip mall, and the service was fantastic. Boba is such a great deal too!!

Dumpling wrapper was nice and delicate, appropriate amount of soup in each dumpling, and filling was flavorful. It comes with a sweet soy sauce on the side but each table has their own soy sauce, black vinegar, and chili oil to customize to your liking. We also ordered the Master Noodle Beef Soup. It's indicated as "spicy" but I felt that it could be spicier so I added more chili oil. Comes with slow cooked beef and 2 giant beef ribs. Noodles are bouncy and al dente. I wont go into the food…read moreat length, but here are a few highlights. 1) they have some great tasting water, 2)the creme brûlée tastes a bit too eggy (like boiled yolk), 3)if you've been curious about Sashimi or Nigiri, or anything else, this is a great place to give it a try. The yelowfin sashimi was really good, mild not fishy, and so tender. A few things to note: -Getting a reservation for 8 people on the same day wasn't hard. I'm not suggesting you wait last minute, but if it works out that way... you may still find good time slots. -A $10 per person HOLD was placed on our organizers card. In the event someone didn't show up, only then would that $10 be charged. One person canceled last minute, and just venmo'd her for the cost incurred. -Arrive on time. They prefer to seat the group all at once, so if you have folks in your group who are perpetually EXTREMELY late, pick them up, don't invite them, give them an earlier arrival time or take your chances. -I highly recommend perusing the menu and photos beforehand to gain an idea on what you want. Although there's 1-2 tablets on the table, with several people sharing it, especially in the beginning, it can be a bit much. You can always use your phone, but the online menu doesn't include many photos, which can be helpful for some. -Food started coming out within 7mins after we ordered. It came in waves, but kept flowing. Our waiter, was very patient and polite as we continued to order more. We were mindful of their wastage rule. In the end a few pieces of rolls and little bit of squid was left, but we weren't charged for that. A couple of items ordered in the beginning never came out, but seeing that we're charged a flat price, vs per item, we didn't sweat it. In all it was a really good experience, I left filling satisfied versus stuffed and was happy to try some new things. I'd return and recommend.
