He is professional, detail-oriented, and has a great sense of humor. The quote comprehensive and easy to understand, and there were no surprises at any point during the process. The team arrived on time every morning. Their work is meticulous from start to finish. They began by masking off all the surfaces that would not be painted with paper and plastic protection. They took great care of our furniture, moving and covering it carefully. They patched all the cracks and imperfections in our drywall to create a perfectly smooth surface. Then it was time to prime and paint. Our team was highly efficient--I was surprised by how quickly they were able to complete the job without cutting corners or otherwise sacrificing quality. We ended up not liking one of the colors we had chosen, and Junior was able to get the team back the next day to re-paint that room. The finished walls are beautiful. Before a single drop of paint touched the walls, they spent a significant amount of time covering every single inch of my home. They used plastic and drop cloths to protect all the furniture and floors in every area. They even went the extra mile by moving big, heavy cabinets away from the walls so they could paint behind them--they didn't cut any corners! They also did an amazing job on my two decks and patio deck. On the first day, they used a power washer to clean everything thoroughly, and then they sanded down all the wood on the decks to make sure the surface was perfect. They were so careful to cover everything nearby so the paint and stains didn't get anywhere they weren't supposed to. They took the time to fix all the holes and cracks in the walls first, ensuring a perfectly smooth surface. The quality of the paint is excellent, and I was shocked at how fast they worked. They managed to finish the entire house and the decks in just 7 or 8 days. They are incredibly efficient without sacrificing any quality. Highlights: Incredible protection for floors, furniture, and outdoor areas. Expert drywall and crack repair before painting. Full deck restoration (power washing, sanding, and staining). Moved heavy furniture/cabinets to ensure a total finish. Very fast--finished the whole project in about a week! The place looks immeasurably better and is in much better shape. Rafael was great at communicating throughout and flexible, taking the time needed to get the work done right; he worked to ensure that the crew were neat; and when the crew missed something, he followed up to ensure it was fixed. So of course I reach out to Jossie and he responds right away and comes out to give me a quote. While he's working on his quote I mention that I need help with my yard since I injured my back. Jossie had a drywall guy, so of course he has an awesome landscaper that I also hired. As far as the actual painting goes, he went way above and beyond. I liked the idea of having all my walls be like 7 different colors that met at the corners. That is really, really annoying to do, but Jossie just complemented the colors we picked. I got so bold as to add another color and before he knew we were of course going to pay more, all he asked was for an extra paint roller. It's amazing how clean all the lines are and how even all the paint is. He's a perfectionist that still wasn't totally satisfied with the amazing job he did for us. Long review but worth it.
