Really nice first experience using this shop. It's not a big place but they are skilled enough to handle the tough jobs. They are tucked away in a small shop off the main road. Don't let this discourage you. They know what they are doing and easy to talk to. Took care of my leaky valve cover on my VW. It's a more involved job on that TDI engine due it complex and compact design. Got me in and out very quickly and at a price 30% less than anyone else. No surprises on the quoted price or unnecessary passion work either like some places. They even took care of a couple small issues/adjustments at no extra charge. Just got the car back and it's running better than ever. I feel confident I shouldn't have any additional issues with the repair done. Hopefully time proves me right. They even cleaned up the engine and bay from oil mess from the leak. The big boys could really learn something from this little shop. read more

Our 2015 Audi Q5 had a lot of issues. We received estimates from 4 different shops. Gilbert was quick and efficient with his response and I could tell REALLY knows the Audi brand. His estimate was very competitive on top of that. He fixed everything and the car has been running well for the past month and a half. I just took my Porsche into him and he's fixing that as we speak. We used Superhero for the first 10 vehicles only to find the invoices that we were being charged were way out of price range for the items that we were told was needed. For Example, we were told we needed to repair the transmission at a $2800 price, but took it to another mechanic that replaced the Sparkplugs. The final price out the door $315 vs $2800. First time taking my truck in for front axle replacements. Very disappointed. After replacements, Technicians forgot to tighten front right wheel lug nuts. Tire was completely wobbling. Roller guard was also rubbing making loud grinding noise. Had to wait for techs to repair and fix issue. I did not receive a refund or discount for the issue. Tho, Gilbert did replace rear brake pads and roller free of charge. Not satisfied with work first time, but are very responsive addressing the issue immediately. read more
