Most of the electronics for the stereo was left behind in the old house and when brought to their attention their response (while holding a tv in their hands) was we don't move electronics. First, this was never conveyed that electronics weren't moved and secondly if that's the case why did they move half of the electronics but not the other half. The electronics they did bring, they had left all the AC plugs behind with again the statement was we don't move chords. So now we have TVs that don't work. Also when asked about this I was told "we're tired we've been working 8 hours you don't need to get a hissy fit". Very rude and unprofessional when asked about their mistake. We were charged for 4 workers, 2 were very slow, 1 was good and the 4th never got off the truck. We were charged an hourly rate without being quoted approximate hours to complete the job. Again they were very slow. Beds were out together in the house but left crooked in rooms and even left the plastic moving covers on the box springs so now the mattress and box springs have to be removed to remove the cover. So job was partially done. They said they couldn't install the washer and dryer because the gas line couldn't be hooked up for the dryer. That's reasonable for the dryer but had no bearing on the washer. Had to specifically ask for the washer to be put in place. The final kicker was when the trash was left behind, my mom asked aren't you going to pick up all your trash? Meaning the plastic they wrapped everything in. Their reply with a chuckle was "that's your trash, you paid $700 for that plastic". All of this was for my elderly mom who can't do any of this on her own. I cannot and would not ever recommend these guys. Again due to the hidden fee of the plastic that was never mentioned, leaving all the trash behind, the rude and unprofessional behavior and leaving personal belongings behind with a mountain of excuses. The agreement was everything had to go to the new house. Edit: after reading the below review lies are apparently another trait. No chords were requested to be left behind. You stated to me it was your policy to not move chords, excuses after forgetting things apparently. My mom did request that the misc items on the kitchen island be left behind and the items in the fridge which I would take care of. None of the other products were to be left behind. I am not sympathetic of the stairs as they were seen when the move was quoted. Also the other movers never said don't call us again, I personally have used them twice, my mom 4 times and my brother in law and sister twice. The only reason my mom opted to use you as the realtor recommended you. We've informed sandy (the realtor, never recommend you again).

All the workers were friendly and nice, but while we were packing, I was advised, by their own workers (Axel and Justin), not to use the TV box that I purchased to secure my 65" TV; instead, they wrapped it with blankets, deconstructed cardboard boxes, cellophane wrap, and tape. They ensured me that the way they package the TV would be safer than the box. Fast forward to unpacking the TV, cracked screen and not TV is working at all. :( Basically, a black cracked mirror now. I call to explain to their admin (Emily) the situation, and the best they can do is $350! I paid close to $2k for the beautiful TV, which is now a paperweight in my new place. Unbelievable. Of course, I didn't expect full coverage, but you have to do better than that, right? I followed their advice on how to pack the TV. Hoping nobody has to go through this getting their TV broke--sickening feeling.

I was charged $1,400 for approximately 2.5 hours of labor and one box truck of items that needed to be dumped. I acknowledge that I should have confirmed and negotiated the total price beforehand. That's on me. But after reflecting on the experience and looking into typical dumping costs in Los Angeles, $1,400 for 2.5 hours of work and disposal simply does not seem reasonable. I reached out afterward and gave them an opportunity to make things right by refunding a reasonable portion of what I paid. Unfortunately, they chose not to respond. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend getting the complete price in writing before allowing any work to begin.

Of course, cheap rates would inevitably lead to cheap quality service, and oddly enough, I somehow end up paying higher prices since cheaper movers did not move fast or took their time or weren't good at their jobs. My moving luck finally changed when I was referred to All In Moving company from a friend who had used them three times for her moves in LA. I called them Monday afternoon, and was able to schedule immediately for the next day morning. It was so easy and hassle free to book and the man on the phone was so friendly and made it so simple. A confirmation email was sent right after the call and the next morning movers, Antonio+Brandon, came right on time to the first address and immediately to the second address for the second pickup. I have never experienced faster, efficient, honest, more intelligent, and friendly movers. When I first heard the hourly rate over the phone call I thought it was pretty high in price since it's the highest hourly rate I've agreed for (I really trusted my friend's referral), but what you pay for is what you get. Antonio+Brandon were quick thorough, careful and FAST at disassembling and reassembling parts. It took them 4 hours flat to get to 3 addresses, and it ended up costing me $600 --WAY LESS THAN ANY OTHER MOVING COMPANY I HAVE WORKED WITH THE LAST 10 YEARS (I have always somehow get ripped off by cheap scammy movers and end up spending more than $850+ for moving a one bedroom in LA) I couldn't be more stress-free and happy about a move ever. Disappointed with how a serious safety and communication issue was handled…read more I hired this company for a very specific job: lifting the upper portion of a large china hutch, estimated at 200-300 lbs, approximately 15 feet and placing it onto the lower cabinet. I provided the company with the details and photos beforehand. Before paying the agreed $300 flat rate, I specifically questioned why the contract listed only two movers because I did not believe two people could safely handle the weight. During the phone conversation, I was assured that the two-person listing was standard and that the foreman would be notified that the job required additional manpower. I relied on that assurance when I paid and signed the contract. Only two movers arrived. I immediately raised my concern again. They said they would use shoulder lifting straps, but they could not locate them and proceeded anyway. During the lift, the cabinet began to tilt, and I was told they "needed me in the middle." I ended up physically helping lift and stabilize a 200-300 lb piece of furniture--the exact situation I had tried to prevent by hiring professional movers and specifically requesting adequate staffing. Had I known beforehand that only two movers would be sent and that I might be expected to assist with the lift myself, I would never have agreed to the $300 service. What was particularly concerning was that one of the movers told me they had not been informed about the size or weight of the cabinet before arriving. I don't blame the two movers; they were courteous and did their best. My issue is with the company's communication, staffing, and preparation. I contacted the company afterward and gave them an opportunity to address the situation. The matter was handled through a third-party claims company, which stated that it investigated my complaint. After an initial $50 refund offer and my request that they reconsider, the final offer remained $50 on a $300 job. No additional effort was made by the moving company to resolve my concerns. Fortunately, no one was injured and the furniture was not damaged, but that doesn't erase the unnecessary safety risk. I hired professional movers specifically so I would not have to participate in lifting a piece of furniture this heavy. Based on the service itself and, especially, how my concerns were handled afterward, I cannot recommend this company. If you're hiring them for a heavy or unusually difficult item, I strongly recommend getting the promised number of movers and required equipment confirmed in writing before paying, regardless of what you're told over the phone.

In addition, Jon forged my initials on the moving contract he never sent me and tried to present that as evidence in court which is a crime. I had to waste more time filing a police report. If picked up the crime of forgery is 1 year prison sentence. I find this moving company unethical and would not be surprised if they lose their license. They are crooks and an absolute disgrace.
