I have used them 3 times during our remodel, and they have been nothing short of amazing. They were respectful of our furniture, new floors, paint and carpet, but most importantly, respectful and patient of my decision and "re-decisions" when I asked them to move furniture "just a little bit more". I yelped the closest moving service and Legit was first on the list. I requested info and got quick response but also got a ton other business sending me quotes. Legit movers seemed a bit more pricey. Most said $95/hr but then the small print said will charge extra for wardrobe box, extra for certain items and certain distances. But also what got me was the business owners info. Went with Legit mover. The two men Nazarbaev and Tokaev were quick and efficient. I appreciate them asking where to put everything. We hired this company for a move a couple months ago. Steve (owner) was responsive and friendly and the 4 guys who came to move us all worked diligently (although they wrapped everything...which seemed an unnecessary waste of time and plastic). However, there was one massive problem with the move...my wife's wedding ring was stolen. My wife had taken it off the night before, as she normally did, and placed it in the unlocked/transparent jewelry box in the bathroom adjacent to our upstairs bedroom. When the move started in the morning, two of the workers were upstairs, by themselves, wrapping up the bed and dressers, and it would have been easy to see and open the jewelry box on top of the bathroom counter (We hired Legit to ONLY move big items [beds, dressers, refrigerators, etc.] Thus, the smaller items, like the jewelry box, should not have been moved or handled by them in any way) Only the two movers, my wife I were in our upstairs room from the time she took the ring off to the time we discovered it was missing...and we discovered the ring was missing even before we left the old home, after everything was loaded, to head to the new home (at which time we called the police). When the move was finished, I told the 4 guys at the house and diminished their tip (although 3 of them were likely innocent) and called to talk to Steve. He understandably defended his guys and said that the ring may show up some time later. It has been nearly two months and it hasn't....and there is no doubt that it was stolen...we knew it on that day. There were some dubious things that happened that day; notably the fact that the 4 movers took a 10 minute break when they had only been in our house for 50 minutes...and after two of them were upstairs by themselves for about 20 minutes. There were no other 10 minute breaks taken for the rest of the day, despite the fact that they all worked for 3 hours consecutively. I suspect that was when the ring was taken and placed in the thief's car. Again, the guys all worked hard and were nice, but the fact that the ring was stolen is hideous enough for me to write my first Yelp review in a long time and strongly recommend against using this company. Obviously my wife is devastated and the sentimental value of her ring will never be replaced. read more

Our job was a move for a larger 3 bedroom house. They arrived on time and were fast, efficient, and friendly. They worked overtime for us to ensure it was all done in one day. All items arrived unbroken and all furniture was placed exactly where we requested. Our bed was put back together better than we did originally. They even used flashlights to put things together after a dark in a room without light. My point is I feel that they went above and beyond. At the end of the day we were charged exactly as expected with no extra fees. I'm not sure what all of their names were but I think one was Ali.
