My complaint at other restores seems to be the theme with all the franchise. Try to sell you everything but do they really care about your well-being? So for their sake and legal liability, they will not let you go beyond 2:30 for your cryotherapy, even though you can handle it, so, $55 for 2:30 minutes $55 charge for them to confirm for their sake that you can tolerate their cryotherapy, is ridiculous. In order to do cryotherapy there you have to throw away $55 just so you can do what you really want. Seems unethical.

I have heard of nightmare experiences when it comes to gym membership cancellations so I was relieved when their response was not only quick but non-invasive. No need for me to provide proof of new residency or even to show up in-person to cancel. I will miss coming to IH and would still recommend it to folks, especially those joining a gym for the first time. IH has upgraded its facilities significantly since I first joined and I'm excited for what's to come for them in the future!
