I've been here 11 days out of the past 20 days and it's exactly as I remember it!!! Wonderful classes with top-notch instructors guiding you in their own authentic way, very nice humans who work the front desk, CLEAN, and perfect temperature. Yes, they have rules and helpful guidance on where to put your mat but their rules are similar to any other yoga studio or fitness establishment that offers reserved classes that I've been to! I know not to be late or not to cancel last-minute. Not because of HYE's rules but because that's the decent thing to do! HYE is a gem of Issaquah and we are lucky to have them!!

I've met with Kerri, their Nutritionist a few times, and she is very helpful in providing a plan and tips for making it through a detox or other dietary changes. I recently went on vacation, so we put together a plan, and she provided snack tips to take on the plane, which was tremendously helpful. They also have a mental health counselor one can meet with to discuss issues related to food or other issues. Areas of improvement would be the Facebook group they set up for each individual who signs on for this more comprehensive health program. I was really seeking to interact with others going through similar things. Although Dr. Keesha posts interesting videos and articles on there, it wasn't exactly what I anticipated or had been told it would be. Also, the infrared sauna is something I've desperately wanted to use, but with limited business hours (they are closed on Fridays), and they close by 5 or 6 pm daily, it makes getting there for that purpose quite difficult, so I haven't been able to use it in the four months or so that I've been going there. Theirs is a comprehensive approach to holistic care--mind and body. It is a bit expensive, but for me personally, I can literally pay now or I can end up paying for poor health later. I think I'm pretty good at sensing where a person is coming from, and I felt like she was coming from a place of wanting money not actually caring about me. I felt judged and unimportant and most of all like I had wasted my $500. I had purchased her book and started reading it (definitely didn't bother to finish it ) and I heard the way she is addressing the reader like girlfriend, I can help you, look I fixed my own problem, like she's a woman and she understands and that's why she can help you. It's all about targeting a particular part of the market. Women with auto immune diseases and money well, you tricked me once Doc but you're not gonna trick me again. honestly if anyone's reading this and you're looking for care that actually works. I suggest finding a good homeopath don't waste your time with this money Monger she puts out such a bright, shiny façade, but underneath it is lack of care and greed. My results came back, and I am super high in "iron". I came back for my second appointment today, one month later after receiving the blood draw to look at my results. She agreed high in iron. She told me to go get checked a second time after doing blood draws and stopping iron supplements. My mother is a hemochromotosis, if you do not get blood drawn, or this figured out - it is the reason of your death most likely with this genetic disease. I asked Naturomedica if they could look over my results a second time since I have already spent $600 with them, if they could just look it over for 5 minutes and give me a thumbs up, or a thumbs down... to tell me looks good after the blood draw, or tell me you need to come back in and we need to figure this out. They said they cannot do that, and it would cost ANOTHER $119 for a 15 minute phone call... I talked to Callie Juetten over the phone. She was harsh, rude, and extremely condoscending about the idea of having a 5 minute phone call or even an email to say you look good, or please come back in. I was happy to spend another $250 to come back in, if I needed to.. I just wanted to know if it was necessary before booking the appointment.
