On Friday 4/24/26 i had a really disappointing and concerning experience at this salon i feel others should be aware of. I went in expecting a relaxing service, but shortly after getting my nails done, I started noticing redness, swelling, and pain around my big toe nails. Today is day 3 and I'm not able to wear close toe shoes, I called the salon and asked if I can get a refund for the service, the lady on the phone refused to give me a refund as she wanted me to go back in so they can look at my toes nails. I live in Ontario and offered to send pictures of my toes and also a pictures of my Zelle transaction, the lady on the phone was very rude and hung up on me. Then I call back and she has a customer talk to me and pretend to be an employee! Overall this was a horrible experience and very unprofessional. read more

I've been now coming to Ivy Nail Salon for almost a year and always had a positive experience with all the staff and the services they provide. I want to give a shout out to both Lee :) (did my GelX) and Lacy :) (did my pedi) for a nice service! I came in as a walk in and didn't mind the wait time because I know they are good and very friendly. What I like about Lee, is if I show her an inspo pic for what I'm looking for , she excels well in her work :) overall the salon is clean, and pretty. Something to note, there is a Mexican restaurant next door that plays Banda for their restaurant guests , usually at the evening times. For the times I came in during the evening when the live entertainment was there, I never mind it because I love to hear my cultures music :D I actually enjoy it heehee. When I initially started coming here the service was less rushed. I went with the intention of relaxing and while getting my pedi I like to have the massage chair on to relax. Because they were doing the powder with gel nails and a pedi they turned off the massage chair. I would definitely recommend Ivy Nail Salon. I have been coming here since last year and started with Lisa. She always did great with my acrylics. The past 2 months I've been having the owner Ivy do my nails. She suggested dip powder since she said it'd be good for me since I don't like my nails too long and I typically only get to go once a month. Ivy is so sweet and very welcoming. I went this past weekend for my Valentine's Day set. I showed Ivy a picture and she delivered spot on!! I'm so in love with the result! In fact, my daughter loved them so much she decided to give them a shot and she is so happy with her fresh dip powder set. UNSATISFIED customer! I'd like to start off by saying that I came here because of the good reviews. Unfortunately as soon as I go in they had our feet in COLD water! (I took my mom for a pedicure as well) They never changed it to hot water after mentioning it 4 times. The guy they had work on my feet had to remove my acrylic off one toe and in the midst of that he did not hold the drill bit correctly so it grazed and heat burnt my nail multiple times to the point another lady had to come remove it with the drill bit. My ingrown and my my mom's ingrown toe nails were removed and both non-stopped bleeding! Not only did they fast half-worked on our feet once they painted our nails they painted over them over the blood contaminating their own nail polish (which they will continue to use on other customers). My nails looked lumpy and clumpy with the nail polish and in the attempt of fixing it they clipped the polish to make it look good causing it to lift which will not make my gel last long! Once they were done I expressed my concerns and complaints. I told them I was unsatisfied with the work done. The lady at the first nail desk told me that she'll put oil on my bleeding toe and that it'll stop hurting and bleeding once I got home. I got more upset over the fact that I asked her if she could discount the price for the trouble and inconvenience and she kept saying no. The more frustrated I got she decided to finally ask a higher person which she said she could discount $10. I'm still bleeding and disappointed over all of this not only will my mom and I be in pain for the next few days or more but we're both bleeding. I go to a nail salon to relax and not feel alertness with who's working on me, unfortunately I felt those exact things. UNRELAXED, IRRITATED, UNSATISFIED, PAIN! Will never comeback to this nail salon or suggest it to anyone. read more

I do not recommend this place to get any type of service. I came in over the weekend to get a pedicure. They are under staff, so this guy did my pedicure which I don't think he is licensed to do any type service. I requested the sides to be cut and he did not understand and ignored me. The owner cut my side and my toe nail is infected now. The staff are rude and talk about you in there language. read more

Wife and I walked in for our regularly scheduled spa pedicures and were beyond satisfied with the experience. We were greeted promptly, politely and were sat with no wait. The chairs were comfortable and not squeaky at all (iykyk) water was warm and stayed at a comfortable temperature the entire time. My piggies were cleaned with care, no jabbing, stabbing or cutting. Everything was done gently, efficiently and with clean tools. Massage was outstanding, lotion left skin feeling amazing and hot towels never disappoint. Friendly environment, good energy and Loads of colors to choose from; i went red!
