The man that did my pedicure was so awesome he made sure everything was okay and that the massage chair was working well. He did an amazing job with my pedicure and also did a wonderful massage! My acrylic fill also went well. The tech that worked on me, Julie, was very fast and efficient!! She did a great job with the shape as I'm really picky especially when I have almond shaped! I used to go to this place once a month until the customer service seriously started lacking. I got this one nail tech (that while she was giving me a pedicure and working on me) who was talking to another client the whole time. I asked this weirdo if she wanted to change nail techs so she could talk to her bestie, but she declined. Horrible customer service right there. Then today, I made an appointment with nail tech, Suzy at a specific time. When I walked in, which was a little early, I saw that she was doing someone's fingernails. Now the appointment time had passed, and I had been waiting there for half an hour, and she didn't even acknowledge the fact that I was there or say "sorry, please give me a few minutes", etc. There was also no one sitting at the front like a receptionist. Customer service is everything to me. I will not spend my money at a business that does not know how to treat others. Needless to say, I walked out tonight and deleted their contact information. They have a lot of people working, for the price point I personally don't think I'll be coming back, I got medium almond nails with French it was 78.09 paying with card cause they charge extra for card. Not the worst but not the best there is not apex very flat, shape and French are very nice. My mistake was not asking for price before hand. But I had read the reviews about being expensive and that should have been a read flag. For almost 80 I should have just gone to a private nail tech. I came in with my cuticles already cleaned up fyi shape I like and French but they are super flat no apex, for professional nail salon why do customers have to to tell the professionals to add a apex ? I been to this business twice just to see if the first visit was just a bad 1st impression. We'll sadly to say this is not, my 1st first visit was a gel pedicure service, I sat in an uncomfortable spa chair that hurt my lower backfor 2 hours. Two days later I have a smudge gel pedicure because the gel did not cure thoroughly. When I came back 6 days later to have this corrected since we all not pedicures are not cheap. I was questioned with why did you call the next day, 6 days is to long? I calmly explained it worked and my phone is not something I can carry on me. My second visit I walked in at 9:01 am, again I sat in an uncomfortable spa chair another 1 hr 45mins. Upon arrival I let the young lady at the front know I would like 2 services today. As I completed my 1st service at 10:45am. She must have forgotten I was put down for a manicure today. I had to wait an additional 20 mins, was not offered water while others around me drank water and champagne. During my pedicure my tech also tried to use a dirty foam toe spacer. He quickly got done with my nails. No massage, no callous remover, just in and out and I was charged $50. Now I'm not there to raise a stink over the price because I frequently get my nails done and I know that pedicures are a luxury and can get pricey but I was looking for something local and getting charged that much for the plainest service ever is laughable, and I got a nice cut on my pinky toe. To start the male that did my nails smelled like cigarette and the pedicure I got the girl that did it never asked if I liked the color before continuing to do my entire feet and still never did. I went to take my seat and showed the guy, Tommy, my nails and the design I wanted on my phone. He told me the price and started on my nails. When it came to the acrylic powder he gave me a hard time, rolling his eyes and huffing and puffing. I've never seen this behavior in my life. When it came time to put my hands in the gel curing machine, my nails were burning. He told me to put them in front of a fan to cool off. Normally, I go to nail shops, and they always accommodate me right away. They help me by spraying water on my fingers, which helps. As he started drilling down the acrylic, he drilled over my cuticles, which hurt really bad. When it came down to selecting my gel nail color, I asked him to see the gel color palette. He huffed and rolled his eyes like this wasn't his job. After he was painting my nails, I told him he was getting gel polish on my skin around my cuticles. He told me that once I went home and my hands were dry after a few days, it would come off. I've never heard of that before. This is crazy, and he wouldn't remove it. The quality of the polish used was horrible. Want to waste your hard earned money, be my guest. After 4 hrs of the service the nails chipped off by pieces (not by force). Not only did the lady who did the toes couldn't get the powder on correctly after 3x's she left it bulky and the shape digs into my skin. After telling her multiple times to "please file them more bc it hurts my toes" but she try to gaslight me saying it is normal & asked her colleague and she agreed it "looked good". After calling the next day when they opened to see if they can fix my nails the front desk lady kept saying its normal for regular polish to chip after i explained it was 4 hrs after the service once they closed up. Gaslighting me that regular polish takes more than 4 hours to dry... at the end she offered to redo the same polish " if the nail tech had the time " and just to come in. I explained i didn't want the same one if it will fall off again and i could pay a little extra for gel but not the full price bc the original nails chipped off and bc of their bad service wanting to rush and leave. BTW regular polish is $30 and i asked how much was gel and she said $30 (no difference) so why couldn't they fix the messy job with gel instead... and i even offered to pay more to get gel but its the same price. The lady working on me was a young Hispanic with glasses and long hair highlights in the front, no introduction, she file my nails down to the skin. I was told to rinse my hands and return , I brought in my own polish and she was getting ready to paint my nails with cleaning the extra polish off, I stop her and ask are you going to clean under the nail and excess polish off the skin, the nail tech got angry and said, I can't talk to her like that, I replied, I just ask if you were going to clean under my nails and remove the extra polish on my skin. The nail tech, went to get someone else to do my nails. The nail tech yells out to me across the room do you mind if a man does your nails. I said I don't mind, my only request is that he is professional. I sat at his station, and he didn't have a towel or cushion for me to put on hands on, he was telling me about natural nails are difficult to shape and acrylic or gel work better. I prefer natural nails because I was getting gel nail service and it weaken my nails and I went back to my natural nails. He did a good job. Now I needed my pedicure done, I was hesitant but I took a chance, and prayed that this nail tech was better. (her name was Julie) she was better, when she used the clippers to cut my cuticle she cut me and I started bleeding, no apology she look at it and told me to put my foot in the water. Now it was time to dry the nails, and because I didn't get. gel she pulled out a hand fan and put it on her stand and said I can let it air dry because most people get gel and we use the light to dry. My boyfriend lives in Rialto, and gave me a coupon to try this new nail spa, I showed my coupon to the first nail tech and $5 off is all I was offer not the 1 glass of wine or champagne. I always leave a generous tip make a follow up appointment but unfortunately I was not please with the service and I ask to speak to the manager and the second nail tech said, the manager is gone and I dont know when she will return. I will be looking into reporting this business for investigation about license posted at the nail station or on the wall in plain view for the public to see. I was charged $60.00, for this very unprofessional service from 3 nail techs. I hope the owners review the cameras to confirm my experience and re-train people that they have employed. We were driving to our usual nail location and noticed this place on our way there. We decided to stop and give it a chance. I was only going for a pedicure but unfortunately left disappointed after paying $35.00. I requested all white toes and was a little upset when I saw how the tech was painting them... I could tell all the way from where I was sitting that the new polish wasn't going on smoothly and looked so bumpy. It was shocking that she couldn't notice since my toes were so close to her face. I don't know if she really couldn't tell or if she didn't really care. I nicely told her that i didn't like it and she removed it and started over. She stated that the nail polish was old, but unfortunately once she repainted them, they still looked bad. Let's not mention I was cut right when she started doing my toes.
