I went in expecting a relaxing service, but shortly after getting my nails done, I started noticing redness, swelling, and pain around my big toe nails. Today is day 3 and I'm not able to wear close toe shoes, I called the salon and asked if I can get a refund for the service, the lady on the phone refused to give me a refund as she wanted me to go back in so they can look at my toes nails. I live in Ontario and offered to send pictures of my toes and also a pictures of my Zelle transaction, the lady on the phone was very rude and hung up on me. Then I call back and she has a customer talk to me and pretend to be an employee! Overall this was a horrible experience and very unprofessional.

They were getting ready to go to a…read morewedding the next day. 1st I went to a different salon we had an appointment with but were sitting there waiting for over an hour and they still didn't give us any estimated time of when they would be able to take care of us. So I Google the other nails boss near and this one popped up. I remember driving past it a couple times and it looked pretty nice so I decided to try it out. I gave them a call they said that they would be able to take us in right away and that they also did kidnails. So we decided to hit on over there and exactly as they say it they let us straight to the back and start taking care of us. I had Lacy for my pedicure and OMG I have never had such an awesome pedicure like hers. My feet looks so pretty and and feel so smooth. My mom got hers done by Ha and she was very impressed with her work. My mom has one nail she avoids caring for because it bleed pretty easy. Ha was able to trim the nails with no pain or bleeding. We are definitely coming back! Amazing service and they are so nice and attentive.

I had such an amazing experience with both Mia and Sally! They absolutely nailed my nails and…read morematched my inspo photo perfectly. Their attention to detail was incredible, you can tell they genuinely care about doing a beautiful job. I originally ended up regretting the color and design I chose, and I was so nervous to say something, but Mia and Sally were beyond kind and understanding. They fixed everything for me with no problem at all and made sure I left happy. They were patient, professional, and so sweet throughout the whole process. I'm so happy with how my nails turned out and so grateful for how kind and accommodating they were. If you're looking for talented nail techs who listen and care, I highly recommend Mia and Sally! While I was still getting ready to leave, they were already putting my belongings into my purse without even asking which felt really disrespectful and invasive. After my pedicure, I asked how much it was and paid. Right after I finished paying, she immediately asked for a tip. I was already planning to tip, but the way it was handled made me uncomfortable. When I gave her a tip, she actually laughed at the amount, asked for more, and even showed the other workers what I gave her. That was honestly embarrassing and completely unprofessional. Tipping should be appreciated, not demanded or mocked. The whole situation felt disrespectful, and no customer should be treated like that. I would not recommend this place.

I had no issue! Come to find out they received both payments and lied! Zelle and Apple Pay cannot be reversed! It's the recover that has to be honest and send it back!
