They are now extremely thin and weak, and one nail is even painful and raw underneath to the point where I have to keep it covered. My nails were healthy before this appointment, and I've never experienced damage like this from a nail service before. I'm very disappointed with the results and would not return or recommend this salon based on my experience.

They immediately took me and part of my wedding party with no issues and it was the quickest my nails have ever been done in my life especially for the incredible quality. Not only did they survive my whole wedding with everything I was doing to them, they survived my 2 week honeymoon camping in the middle of the desert at burning man constantly putting up tents and supplies and breaking things down, digging in the dirt and mud with my hands. No chips. No missing nails. I'm quite honestly astounded. I will never go anywhere else to get my nails done. If you're thinking you should go anywhere else don't. T nails and Spa is by far the most fantastic place I have EVER gone to. (Picture a month after application after being in the desert)

Updating my 5 star review to 2 since I had good visits in the past…read more This time however I called to see availabilities and how I can book again through Classpass using my pre-paid membership since I didn't see open times available. They told me they never heard of it then told me their prices. I booked in the past before via Class Pass and paid extra out of pocket for Gel (understandable!) but was shocked both the owner and daughter of the owner hadn't heard about it. She said she can look in their past books then said we are on Class Pass but are not active with them. I verified with Class Pass support after our phone call and their AI chat did clarify that concierge listed business' may not know. So no fault on them for not knowing but it could have been handled better. This conversation escalated with distrust. Her daughter even said to me "I'm sitting here doing a friend's nails and she can hear me talking" noting "we are listed as concierge." Now not only am I feeling lied to, unheard and not getting resolution I'm learning our phone conversation is being listened in on with whomever is around her. She continues to say she is not going to continue to take my abuse and as I am saying "ok bye" she continues to talk over me saying I'm not letting her talk and says at the end of the conversation "and I'm going to record this conversation." Never did I l consent to a phone recording at the beginning, after the controversial hostile conversation nor now.

Their space is huge and even when they are busy, it's not as cramped as another salon I know of (*coughs*: Love FX Nails). They turned me away once and told me to come back in 20 minutes if I had other errands to run (which I did) so I appreciated the fact they told me and made sure when I came back, that I got in right away. The women here are also friendly and will do everything in their power to make you feel comfortable and relaxed after a long day at work. I usually go during the week when it's less busy and during those times, I have someone doing my pedicure and another person doing my manicure. They sit you in the big massage chairs in the back and aaaahhh. I recently got shellac and it wasn't that great (that's why I deducted a star) and started chipping after 2 days. That was also on a day when I went in on a Friday night and they were a little more busy. I got it again by another technician and it's still on after 4 days, no chips! It just depends on which tech you go to so find someone you like. They also listen to you if you have special requests with waxing. I told them exactly how I wanted my eyebrows done and they listened and did it. I've gone in a couples times and they had taken too much off but mainly because I have one eyebrow that is a little thinner than the other and have to let them know what to do to make it appear even. Many other places I've gone to have the same issue with my eyebrows so I don't hold it against them. Overall, they are a fantastic nail salon and I will never go to another place again!
