Let me start by saying that my shoulder has been giving me problems and that is my main reason for going in. When I first walked in, there was a lady laying on the sofa behind the desk covered up with a blanket while on an iPad. That should have been my first clue to turn and run. Another lady comes from the back and says " can I help you" I asked for a back and shoulder massage and the first thing out of her mouth is "30 minutes $40 you pay now!" She comes back in and basically snatches the towel off of my back and starts with some oil, ( she did ask if she could use some and I agreed.) The first eight minutes in I was not too pleased it wasn't anything special and I really honestly felt like I could do a better job. Then I hear the buzzer at the front door which goes off every time someone comes in. The loud and annoying buzzer must of went off at least 15 times and then there was a knock on our door. without excuse me or I'll be right back she just leaves and goes outside, shuts the door and converses for a few moments and then comes back in with no apology!!! I am thinking "really lady? this is my 30 minutes I just paid $40 for upfront!!!" she continues on with this so-called massage and before I knew it, she was a patting me on my back saying "okay all done! I looked at her and said "really?" She just smiles and leaves! I look at my watch and it had barely been 20 minutes!!!!! I get dressed, meanwhile my anger is peaking, only to open the door to find her waiting and basically demanding (her worlds exactly) "you give me tip!" I look at her in disbelief and reach in my purse and pull out two bucks and she's says "No! $10!" and makes a kiddish puppy dog face!!!! I really wanted to punch her right in her conning face by this point!!!! I couldn't believe this lady nor this place so called place of business!!! I am warning you, don't go here!
