The place was jam packed with cars washing away the winter storm muck. Still, the owner, George, stood outside to direct cars and keep the road clear. I didn't have time at first after he explained it would be a 30 minute wait. So, he kindly said hi to my wife and daughter, asked her age and if we had a college fund for her yet. I laughed and said no, and he replied by giving me a gold dollar and said "here ya go, this is for Larkin's college fund". We laughed and parted ways. Because of his warm and friendly attitude, I came back later to gladly wait in line. George and his German Shepherd weren't to be seen, but the man that had taken over was beyond friendly and helpful as well. Even recognized my "Dead Sea" paint job of a truck from my earlier visit. That kind of customer care is seldom seen these days. Look, you can get your car washed anywhere. It's gonna get clean, there might be a problem with what you think should've been cleaned or what equipment should have done. Why go somewhere to just get your car washed, when you could go somewhere to get your car washed and be valued as a customer and treated like a friend? Absolutely terrible! This place is a complete rip off!!! I did the $12 wash and it was still disgusting after I came through. I realize this is a "touchless" wash with a machine doing all the work, but I at least expect a semi-decent wash with most of the dirt removed. Unfortunately, the parts of my vehicle that were the most clean, were the spots I used the "bug brush" on first. I guess it's called iWash for a reason, as in "I am gonna have to wash this thing" I went to use the vacuums, and all the soap spray from the other vehicles getting washed, sprayed mist on to my car and completely ruined the mediocre wash I just had done. Don't waste your time and money with this place, unless you want to end up washing it again afterwards. read more

I just paid $12 for the Winter Wash and I think it looks worse than it did before the wash. I would expect something such as dirt and black marks to be removed. I have never seen something so awful especially when you are paying $12. The typical cost of the "all inclusive" at one of these places is $9. Lesson learned. There are no words to explain the situation I witnessed this morning. All I can say now is the the customer service here is awful. I went to get my car washed this morning and this was the nearest location to my job. As I was vacuuming my car a man was approached by employees he was told to leave even though he was doing nothing wrong. They stated that he was there too long but there is no time limit to vacuum your car!! They used awful words while speaking to this man and I am just overall disgusted by what I had seen and heard. I have informed family and friends about this situation and I will not be coming back. LEARN TO TREAT EVERYONE WITH RESPECT. read more

First of all, the location is super convenient for me, since I live nearby! ;). Second, the wash itself was pretty good. They brushed the exterior of my car first with soap and water to help remove some of the grime. My kids and I sat through the wash and we had a blast! (No pun intended. Ha!). Really great car wash. I come here twice as often now that they offer free vacuum/carpet shampoo. Cheapest wash does a good job- not perfect but definitely worth 8! It's also really well maintained. Vacuums are never clogged, trash bins are rarely every full, and the area is kept really clean and tidy. read more

My car was still dirty afterwards... had leaves & birdpoop still on my hood as I exited. Plus, apparently, the "Touchless" feature doesn't apply to all of the stalls. The brush broke off the antenna topper that belonged to my Dad, which I took from his car after he died. I was able to find it just outside the bay & put it back on, but the front part is missing. iWash is consistently ready to wash your car. The word "ready" may not seem like a new idea, but tell me another car wash that is always stocked with chemicals! As soon as you pull up to the bay, there are self service buckets of Bug and Tar Removal that are filled with chemicals...not just water! The brushes are even full of bristles and ready to go! It seems that almost all the other car wash joints that I have tried just have dirty water in a bucket with a lame brush. Once you self pay and pull in, the touchless wash goes to work. Again, it's obvious they are stocked with chemicals (soap, rinsing agent). This is a place to go if you want to self wash...because it actually cleans your car. The vacuums aren't free, but you can get free vacuums where they wet down and scrub the heck out of your car...without chemicals. It's down the road a mile or two. read more

I have a small hatch batch, I have tried a bunch of car washes in the area, and this is the only one the does the job properly. The other car washes I have tried you get 'towed through', and they never get the sloping back of my car clean. At iWash your car is stationary while the brushes move around your vehicle. It does a terrific job. I'll be back for sure. read more

Fantastic facility. Always gets my car sparkling clean and I have been using this place for almost as long as it has been there. It has never let me down. Well maintained and very efficient business. I went in today not by choice but because of need. The road in my neighborhood is being paved and there was no notice that tar had been sprayed on the street this morning and thus resulted in lots of tar being splashed on my jeep. I pulled into iWash and before paying spoke with the owner who assessed the situation and informed me that the cleaner he had in the prep area would take it right off and what was left would come off in the wash. I proceeded to pull into the prep area and prep my jeep, I wish I had pics because it was bad. The owner came over and helped me prep and let me know that due to this being tar we'd need to let it soak in and prep a few times as the tar was already dried. We prepped and let soak a few times and when we were done I opted for the $14 wash. The wash was great and exceeded all my expectations. Due to the service I received and the quality of the wash I will definitely be back and will recommend this place to all my friends that live nearby. read more

DISATISFIED EXTREMELY...I went to use this wash for the first time and the pulled into and I waited and no water...there was 8.00 gone. My car had alot of salt on it..so I had to wash it..I then paid again and the second time I paid the other bay worked. I called and have left 3 messages to get someone to refund me or just make it right and noone will call back. For being a first time customer and no one seems to care that I lost 8.00 and did not care to return my call...really! WORST CAR WASH EVER. The bottom half of my car was DRY upon completion of the car wash and still covered in dirt. I tried the cheaper selection my first try and assumed "you get what you pay for" so I went back to try the most expensive and it was truly WORSE than the cheapest selection. This company is ripping off it's customers and should truly be ashamed for the POOR QUALITY product they are providing. This wash is by far my favorite. I bring in my newer white Ford Transit work van to be cleaned. Now, I keep it pretty clean as I'm in the food service biz, washing it frequently depending on the weather. The pre-scrub is the best. I have no problem applying a little muscle since they are kind enough to supply the scrub, and the results are well worth it. The van always looks great. I've never had an issue with lines, but I'm an early riser so maybe I beat a lot of folks. The bays have always been working fine when I've been there, and the vacuums suck in a good way, getting the work funk out the van. Easy in and out, great location for a Nippers Corner resident--easily the area car wash winner. read more

The arm of the sprayer was messed up and continues to hit my side view mirror. It eventually just stopped mid cycle, I literally ha stripes down my car of where it had been sprayed with cleaner but never scrubbed. Tried calling the "help" number, went straight through to voicemail, never heard back. Don't use it unless you're willing to lose you're money and/or damage your car with no recourse. read more

George the owner is great, very friendly. Offered me a free wash when I told him I was a regular customer. I drive an older model car that I treat with "kid gloves" so the brush free wash suits my needs. A bit pricey but with the free shampoo and vacuum cleaners, it's worth it. read more

I told my husband last Sunday that due to all the bird droppings and the hackberries that we had to have our truck washed, and washed today!! He said no problem lets head over to iWash on Old Hickory Blvd in Brentwood. I reminded him that the truck was COVERED and that a self-carwash was probably not going to be able to clean this filthy truck. We made the drive from Green Hills to Brentwood and arrived to find that we were not the only ones thinking about a clean vehicle as they have 4 bays and all 4 were busy but we chose bay 2 and waited for the two cars in front of us. iWash offers brushes and bug chemicals to prep your car if you want to and we did hit the heavy spots. I still told my husband that I will be shocked if just one wash will bring our truck back to its clean look. When it was our turn we picked the $14.00 wash and pulled right in. The undercarriage spray was very good and then when instructed to STOP the machine began its magic. The truck was coated with chemicals for soap and later it applied a wax. The wash did not take very long and when it was over, I pulled out of the bay an into a parking space to review the wash and inform my husband that we would need to have it washed again. WOW ~ was I wrong, for once (LOL) my husband was right. The wash that we got from bay 2 must be the best wash I have EVER had at a self-serve car wash. And to top it off they are offering FREE vacuums for a limited time ~ now that is a deal my friends read more

This car wash used to be wonderful-- I haven't been throgh in a couple of months-went through today and was so disappointed. The price has gone up again, and I didn't notice that they have changed the wash to stupid rubber brushes. The brushes went back and forth across the back of my car, down the sides--but absolutely nothing across the top or hood. I brushed on the green pre-wash treatment , went through the wash and my car is still pollen covered and filthy. What's up with that? Last vist for me. It's too bad--I have supported the owner since he opened --no more of my hard earned dollars for this crap! read more

I consider myself someone who is a car connoisseur. I don't trust my vehicle to just any wash. I had just moved here a year ago and upon arrival, I was eager to get the bugs and grime off from the 600 mile hike here. To my surprise, there were already chemical filled buckets with soft bristles for self-serve, pre-scrub. I went ahead and scrubbed the filthy areas, then proceeded to get my vehicle washed. Came out looking great! Now with the addition of the soft-touch machine, you don't have to do all that anymore. I just recently met George, the owner, upon one of my visits and let me say... he is definitely a hands on owner. I noticed there were a few bad reviews, but I'm not too sure any of those folks have ever really gone through a touch-free wash and have gotten soft-touch results. George is a very honest, and down-to-earth owner who is willing to right any wrongs that may occur. Give it a try and I suggest giving the soft-touch side a try if you haven't already. read more
