I met Brian Smith 3 years ago when I needed a security system for a home that I only occupy periodically. He spent a great deal of time with me in our initial meeting, listening to my concerns and advising me what type of system would be best for my unique situation. I love the ease of checking the system from my iPhone, getting inclement weather reports and notices when there is a power outage (and again when power is restored), and being able to turn my system off and on remotely. The real test was when we had a burglar intrusion a year after I installed the system. I was getting off an airplane and got an immediate alert that the system had been breached. I called Brian and in less than a minute, we knew where the bad guys had entered the house. The police arrived 5 minutes later. That incident alone was worth the cost of the system and all the monthly fees I would pay. I am not one to regularly write reviews, but these folks really earned it. I purchased a home in Raleigh while living abroad. I wanted to get a quote and Brian very reasonably indicated he didn't feel comfortable doing that with just a general description of the property. In hindsight, this makes total sense, as they helped us adapt existing equipment and fill in gaps where needed. Brian came out literally within a day of closing on the house and the technical team was there a couple of days later to quickly and efficiently do the install. We had a few hiccups with some of the existing equipment that Iwatch was able to repurpose, and they very quickly solved those problems. You cannot beat these folks on quality of service, transparency, and flexibility. Sure, you can easily find cheaper DIY solutions, but having the expertise of Brian and team on your side, having a LOCAL partner, and a flexible system configuration is well worth it! read more

She was very quick and thorough during the appointment, explaining the purpose and function of each product and service they offer. We chose a package that best fit our needs and they had availability as soon as the next day to come to install, which is great because we live about an hour from their office. John, the technician, texted me the morning of the installation to let me know he was on his way and he arrived on time. He set expectations with me and was quick and thorough in his installation. We love our new IWatch security system .... we first contacted the company because we wanted a customized system that included some home automation and video features that met our needs.
