I put in an inquiry and they reached out pretty quick, scheduled a time to meet that same week and had my system installed THE NEXT DAY on short notice and right before Labor Day weekend! Tom was a real pro and it felt so reassuring to be talking with one of the owners. We really felt taken care of and like we weren't going in blind or being misled. The system itself is very sleek, not noticeable and extremely easy to use. Even the app looks great! The ADT rep not once talked badly about these two gentlemen and it's a shame that when one of them saw that we went with ADT he had the audacity to ring the doorbell and tell my husband how bad of a mistake we made. That we took food and money from his wife and kids while the ADT rep didn't have either of those to feed. Seriously? Brett Watkins, you need some professional etiquette. This is not how you do business. Clearly we already made our decision before you knocked on our door, what's the point of you ranting to my husband for another 15 minutes? Next time focus more on talking about the quality of your product not how bad the other people are.

They will do everything in their power to refuse to cancel your account even after moving...this includes hanging up on you. Been trying to cancel since November, finally called the bank to dispute the charges.

I bought my home and it had a vivint system. I thought I'd activate it as we would be moving in…read moreright away. The sales rep lied and said it was all hardwired and suggested a replacement protection plan in case there are any issues with the equipment. Turns out the system didn't work, specifically the cameras and some sensors. Also turns out the protection plan won't cover replacement. They wanted to send a technician ($$$) to diagnose and suspected I would need equipment replaced. So I asked to cancel my account immediately and I installed my own home install system (which works). I cannot cancel my account and they still charge me and won't refund any of my money. I have called the retention department numerous times with no resolution. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR SERVICE!!!

I even took the day off work to be available, but no one ever showed up. I contacted CPI and spoke with a manager, who assured me I'd receive a call back from a supervisor and the sales rep--but that never happened. This experience was extremely frustrating. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how they treat current ones. I ultimately had to call back just to request a refund for the taxes I had already paid on the equipment. DO NOT go with this company.
