However, I don't appreciate it when someone adds on more money to the bill in the end than was said up front. It seems like you are being taken advantage of. [Keep in Mind]: I dropped my car off at 9 am but I did not leave the lot with my clean car until 12:30 p.m. and my seats were still damp. I brought my SUV here yesterday and was told the interior cleaning would take 2 hours. Called around the 2 hour mark but didn't hear back. Around 3 hours I call again and the guy says to come pick up my car. I get there and he's smoking right around my newly cleaned car! Then I get in the car and the seats are completely soaked. I'm told to leave the car windows down to let it dry completely. I go out to my car this morning and the entire inside reeks of mildew as there was too much moisture left in the seats. I found him on yelp and saw he had good reviews. We needed to trade-in a lease and wanted to get it detailed before showing up to the dealer. I called the same day I needed this done (but you should call ahead of time so he knows to meet you at his shop), and he made a special trip to the shop and met up with us. I must admit pulling up I was a bit concerned because it's not what I expected, but Otis was fantastic. I have a 2015 Maserati and I gave him a call to explain what I was looking for. Just wanted him to wash, wax and make the surface look like it did when it was brand new. This was an amazing experience for me. I wish I had taken pictures of what my car looked like before he cleaned it out. I got a "Ready to Sell" package and added the seats to be removed. I needed a place who provided a deep cleaning to these car seats. I have a 4 year old boy who likes to make messes in his car seat. Plus we had a 16 hour road trip and during that time we relaxed in the car doing breaks. My 4 year old destroyed those fabric car seats. They were awful with milk stains, juice stains and water stains. Yes water does make stains in fabric. My car looked amazing on the instead and the outside. The owner did a nice wash and wax to the outside of the car. It's beautiful. If you need someone to provide a really deep cleaning to your fabric car seats this is the place to go. I would recommend him over anyone. I would love to add the photos of what my car looks but I don't see where I can post them. Very professional! Took my friends cat to the vet and he was terrified thus causing him to pee in his carrier which inevitably got on my car seat. He walked me through the process, took my seat out flawlessly then sent me on my way. When I came to pick up my seat it only took him 10 minutes to put it back in and it didn't smell anymore!!!!!!! Probably the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. My daughter recently drove through some construction, and her new black jeep was splattered with wet cement. I took it to the dealer, and they referred me to a collision repair center. The collision repair center referred me to a detailer. At the same time, they also said that while the damage on the paint would probably be fixable, the runners would not be repairable. At the same time, I made the situation worse when I tried to wash it off myself and scratched the paint with the scrub brush at the car wash :(. I called Otis in a PANIC! Although he was closing for the day, he told me to drive over and waited almost an hour for me to arrive. After looking at the mess...he assured me that he would be able to fix it. THAT is exactly what he did!! When we picked up the Jeep, it looked better than when we picked it up at the dealer. And the sideboards and undercarriage were pristine also. He sent me a vide of the work in progress. The work was exceptional, but the time he took with me went above and beyond! I would not hesitate to recommend him for any detailing service that you might need! OH...and his quoted price was more than fair! read more
