Behgum was patient and accommodating during my consultation as I struggle with X-rays. Dr Dianat thoroughly explained my options and even called my dentist to discuss my treatment. I was a bit undecided on my treatment option but his entire staff was patient and supportive - even drawing up two treatment plans and explaining the cost differences to me (thanks Kim and Lailia). I ended getting a root canal (my first one) and the process from start to finish was painless and the best experience one could hope for. Behgum assisted during my root canal and made me feel at ease right from the preparation stages. She is kind and provides intentional care throughout the process, checking in to make sure I was ok and explaining where we were in the process. She helped me through at least six X-rays and it was a breeze! Everyone showed kindness, support and the highest level of care. Dr. Dianat performed his work quickly and I felt no pain during the procedure. They are truly professionals at what they do and I would recommend this office to anyone who needs a root canal.

At the advice of my regular dentist we needed to get a root canal. We went to one consult which did not go well. The Endodontist informed me in order for my son to have a root canal he needed sedation. I did not agree as he is really calm and compliant. He does have epilepsy and cognitive delay but I felt he would do ok as long as he was numbed correctly and he felt comfortable. I honestly got the impression he just did not want to do it. So I spent the next week trying to find another option. I decided to go with Dr. Dianat based on my conversation with his staff and patient reviews. Dr. Dianat was absolutely amazing with my special needs child during a root canal procedure. From the moment we arrived, he showed incredible patience, kindness, and understanding, which immediately helped put both my child and me at ease. He took the time to explain everything clearly, worked gently, and made sure my child felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. I am beyond grateful we found Dr. Dianat and he exceeded all my expectations. The procedure went smoothly, and the care and professionalism we received were outstanding. I did my gum graft and crown here, and both were fantastic experiences. When I had an issue after my gum graft, they squeezed me in asap to get me checked out. And with my crown, the fact that I can get my crown made and put in on the same day was so convenient. Even the basic dental cleanings were always efficient and done with detail. And then they started to upsell and push a $1,200 cleaning... They were justifying the claim that they look out 5 to 10 years out, also saying they can't do a full cleaning since it will impact the quality of the future specialized cleaning and after they report to insurance I would be locked out and not able to be covered for it in the future if I did not do it today it would be more expensive later over $2k. So of course cleaning was really rushed. I went to my old dentist a month after and they said it looked like my teeth were not cleaned or polished since they last saw me. I sent the X rays/imaging from the visit to a dentist friend and they said it was a very extreme solution for something that can be managed with personal routine changes. They are entitled to their opinion and how they operate as a business nothing against them. This is a heads up if you decide to go in.

Both procedures were smooth, efficient, and surprisingly comfortable. Dr. Jönsson is warm, calm, incredibly smart, and exceptionally skilled at what he does, and somehow even interesting to talk to while working on a tooth that *feels* approximately two millimeters from your brain. What more JOY could we experience than going in for a root planing and scaling on a Monday…read moreafternoon? Ummmm ... no thank you! But if it must be done, it must be done. I have severe anxiety ever since a dentist hurt me 19 years ago during this very procedure. I didn't go back to ANY dentist for 9 years because of that. Yes, I know, I know. And yes, I paid dearly for that. But eventually I was able to get the health back to some sense of normal ... and back to regular maintenance. And lo & behold, maintenance rolled itself back around to this SAME procedure again. Had a major panic attack in the chair today. Yes, I did. Tears, shaking, and that relentless desire to run screaming from their office. But Dr. Kim and his staff are amaaaazing. The kindness and care they showed me was immaculate.
