They then came and replaced the exterior water spigot but it was dripping slowly when shut off. I was told this would stop over time. Fast forward three months and the PVC that was connected to my sump pump had come apart on the outside! Also installed by them, they noticed my exterior water spigot had filled with water and froze into a block! They blamed me for not turning off the shut off valve inside and called me a liar. I explained to them the front water spigot has never been shut off either and never had any issues! I turned it on a week ago full blast and now it just drips water!
