We had low pressure with our well and tried for 2 weeks to get another company we had used in the past to come by, after multiple calls & they finally came, but they could not do anything. They said if they lifted out the pressure pump, the pitless had a 50-65% chance of failure. This meant we'd have to dig up the well, replace the pitless, and fix the pressure issue at a cost of $6500. They also said they couldn't do anything now, because it was Friday and we might not have water for the weekend. They assured us they'd be here the following Monday. Monday came & they didn't show up. I called and was told they couldn't come, but maybe later in the week. If I didn't like that, I was advised to find someone else. Our water pressure kept dwindling, so we found Luke Land Well & Pump, and the owner was confident they could do it without digging, as they had plenty of experience with the pitless. Steve and Mark came on time the next day, with a call beforehand letting us know they were on their way. They were both friendly, professional, and clearly competent. They saw the issue and put us at ease, assuring us it was an easy job with no digging required. Amazing! All I have to say is I am so grateful Steve and Ben came out in an emergency situation to fix our broken well pipe! The price was extremely reasonable for the situation. Being a first time home owner is stressful especially when you wake up with no water. We had a few people come help us fix the issue to no avail. We paid $150 to have another company come out to diagnose our problem. They were at our house 5 mins and gave us a very high quote. After some stress and tears we came across Luke's business and he had glowing reviews. We called him and told him what happened and he was at our house in 20 mins. I have never met such a nice business owner. He explained everything to us and gave us a very fair price. He took his time diagnosing the problem and opened the well and checked the wires when the other repair man didn't. He came the next morning at 8am and replace our pump in a few hours. He made a very stressful situation manageable. It is nice to come across such an honest man who was willing to take his time to walk us through everything and give us a great rate. We started seeing an issue with our well in the afternoon which would cause the circuit breaker to constantly trip after it was turned on for a few moments. This meant no water at all in the house. I put a call in and connected with Tony. Within a few hours they showed up and were quick to identify the issue as mostly likely being related to bare spots on the wiring or a bad pump. Before they started work, Tony was upfront and honest about the pricing we could expect based on whatever issue it turned out to be. Turns out it was just spots on the wiring (thank god) but they started work right away and by 9 PM they had fixed our pump and chlorinated our water so it was ready to go. In a nutshell, I found my experience really awesome with Tony. Not only is he a friendly person to talk to he is also very passionate about the benefits of using well water. I felt he was honest and transparent about what had to be done and doing what he could to save us money.
