Not very cool I gotta say. Zero communication about this, or anything really other than the day before it was ready to be picked up. Their manager came out to see this and started getting really pissy when I called them out for failing at every aspect of their business. He really didn't like it when I told him to go fuck himself either and then he got up in my face and threatened to have me arrested. Mind you he was preventing me from leaving the business at that time. If you need work done on your car and your options are Land and Kenny or a groups of rabid raccoons with a few tools, I would go with the rabid raccoons.

Lots of unnecessary up-selling and repairs unnecessary for a rebuilt salvage title vehicle and TONS of scare tactics to make more money (very common with single women trying to get car repairs) That being said: my experience at Auto Emporium was a breath of fresh air after a ton of bad experiences. I had a general idea what was wrong with my car (difficulty starting/misfiring/stalling). They took detailed notes in what I could provide about the problem and instead of wasting time digging around, they reached back out to me for additional rounds of questions TO REALLY pinpoint what the root problem was. Too many mechanics are too stubborn to reach back out for questions of the owners which can help diagnose problems sooner - it's a huge time waster!! So having their staff with a running list of questions had my car fixed SAME DAY. That timeframe was absolutely insane to me. I love that they also took the time out to itemize EVERYTHING that came up on the inspection and while that did have a price tag, I now have a to-do list of the next repairs coming up so I can save up for them. It's relieving having answers for things that could be problems later. Additionally, since like-items were itemized I could pick and choose the repairs that absolutely needed to be done for this visit. One of my concerns was the hours of operation, but they have a great little lockbox system for car/key dropoffs. So don't let that deter you from using their services! All my in person/text/phone interactions were all great! My car is starting and running beautifully again after them flushing out my transmission system same day (which is a huge relief because I was trying to organize rides for 3am work shifts) That being said, if my dad is still out of commission for the other identified issues, I would totally come back and have them do the repairs.

He said he will get the parts for me online and asked me to cash app the money so I cashapp him 453.51 which was the total amount for the parts, his wife Melissa said that the parts will be delivered to there address within a week or so...I took my vehicle to another mechanic to have a diagnostic for my airbag light because at the time Bobbie did not have one and the other mechanic did a full diagnostic on the vehicle and found that I did not need the intake manifold or the secondary air infection control valve, that it was only one of the airlines where cracked so the mechanic replaced it for 100.00...I message Melissa back and told her that I didn't need the parts and that she can return them so I can get my money back...she said she would then begin to ghost me and make up stories as to why my refund was taking so long...she said she was sick in the hospital and that she will send it the end of the day last week but never did...she keep saying im going send it, then they both ghost me completely....Im in the process now of suing them, this is wrong how they do people and I will get my money back!!!

I would never recommend them for any service again. They look to cut corners, place liability of their inability for repairs on sublet and their customers, are discourteous, and continually provide false updates on the repair status (very inconvenient when you are planning your day around when they will have the car ready, while also caring for two small children around their 'updates'). I would only recommend this shop for people who enjoy getting the run around, being belittled and repeatedly mislead, and needing a repair lifetime warranty for a place you wouldn't step back into again. 1/5 , would put 0, but it's not possible.
