With the turn of the seasons, our aging furnace wouldn't blow warm air. After researching local HVAC companies via online reviews, we connected with Master Home Touch Service in the Freehold/Manalapan area. The owner, Hovhannes Mirimanyan ("Hov"), was free that day for a service call ($100, but waived for larger projects). We mutually agreed that it was time to replace the 30 year-old furnace. Hov carefully walked us through the issues with our current furnace and air conditioning systems. He then outlined in a "no pressure" presentation several solutions, providing a cost-benefit analysis of each system (G/E, Rheem, Bosch). He showed us photo portfolios of past similar projects. A few days later, a three-person installation crew arrived at our home at 7 AM to perform the removal of the prior HVAC, and install the new system. The installation was completed by lunchtime, with our home left in pristine condition. The next morning, Hov returned to walk us through the details of the installation and how to perform basic maintenance items on the furnace. The Rheem system works great, is quiet - and connected to a smart Honeywell thermostat. The price paid was fair relative to the quality of services rendered. In summary, I highly recommend Master Touch Home Service for residential HVAC projects. They also provide commercial service and selecting plumbing services (e.g., hot water heater replacements).

My Tech arrived on time and described what was giving to be done. He even needed to pull new wiring from the units to the thermostats and thankfully he had attractive base plates to mount the Ecobees on the wall, as the hole left from removal was too large. He then worked with me on my app. I am planning to use Master Touch for some electrical work and I will hire them for spring and fall HVAC servicing. My central air stopped working at 3am this morning and like everyone else I said to myself, "Oh no, not in the middle of July"! I called All Phase at 8am and they dispatched a tech to my home within 6 hours which given the workload that all HVAC contractors have this time of year was very quick service. The tech arrived early, diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes and dove right into the repair and within less than 2 hours the problem was diagnosed, fixed correctly and the tech himself was very polite and made sure the work area was completely clean and left no debris, an excellent piece of work. Quite honestly even if another contractor offered to do it for free I'd still rather have All Phase Heating and Cooling do the work. There work is simply excellent and they stand behind there work and their prices are reasonable given what their competitors charge. As a matter of fact when they installed my central air conditioning unit their price was about $2,000 less than the big name HVAC contractors that everyone is familiar with due to their large amount of money they spend on advertising. All Phase is by far a much better choice given how expensive HAVC work can be. Try them you won't be disappointed. That's the truth!

They said someone would call me in the morning. The next morning I got a call at 08:00AM. All Phase said a service tech would be there at 11:00. 10:45AM the truck is out side. The tech took a look, told me I needed a condenser and installed in in 15 minutes. As a bonus, he told me my coils were dirty and showed me how to clean them by cleaning them. By 11:20 my A/C was running. I could not have had a better experience and I highly recommend All Phase.
