Overall, great communication, fast turn arounds, and excellent customer service! I was due for my regular service maintenance, but I was also having issues with tire pressure this past weekend and I knew all my tires were due for a change out soon anyway and was worried about getting a potential flat if I waited any longer (I have a 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid and these cars do not come with a spare ). I was trying to look for a shop that would be able to do everything at once ASAP (a One-Stop shop if you will). I found this shop and I'm satisfied with how detailed and communicative they were throughout the whole process (shout-out to Anthony!) Past shops have never given me a detailed report with pictures, status of wear/tear, and written explanations for the recommendations for my car, and it was so nice to be able to cross reference everything. Anthony was so knowledgable and took the time to explain all the "why's" for the recommended services. "Recommended" was very much emphasized throughout our conversations and the inspection report that's given to you is clearly color coded with Green (Checked & Okay), Yellow (May Require Attention Soon), and Red (Requires Immediate Attention) so you can opt in/opt out for any services based off the findings. A clear timeline for the service was communicated to me and I was able to pick up my vehicle the next day (probably would've been same day if I didn't need new tires).They also offered a free shuttle service after I dropped my car off and washed my car after the service was done! Pricing!!!!!! I got a quote on my car and I reviewed it to see $1000 added twice for each part needing service. I'm sorry but I put the pictures they sent and uploaded them to another mechanic and it was just bushings. Not what they said. I'm not a mug - don't expect to be taken as one. But $11k and the vehicle runs absolutely perfect excerpt one thing I brought it in for .... The parts $800 and I could do it myself but I'm slammed with my own work I figured I would take it here. I Genuinly am shocked. $11k guys hahahaahahahha I'm not joking! The car cost $12k in Pristine condition. Go somewhere who knows how to quote properly. Their labor must be $5i00 a hour. Hey! I came in with a rattling issue that only happened at 1-2k rpm, Gio was happy to take a drive with me until we heard the problem together. His team quickly determined the issue and also suggested valid routine maintenance options printed out clearly with descriptions, photos, and quotes. My car no longer rumbles (they secured a loose heat shield - normal wear and tear) and did maintenance on my coolant system. I recently dropped off my car for a number of reasons. They quoted me over $2k. I declined some services and only had them deal with the rear brake, which came to $1k. It sounded urgent so I approved the work at that cost. Since my visit, I've spoken to multiple people who have told me that I was given an egregious estimate. I am not only angry but sad as well, thinking of all those other customers that are being overcharged and ripped off. I very rarely write reviews, but after my experience with One Stop Auto Care on Eagle Rock Boulevard in Los Angeles, I feel compelled to do so. I'm not here to needlessly trash their business; I want to be very specific about what went wrong. I brought my 2019 Tesla Model 3 to have new shock absorbers (coilovers) installed and the suspension checked. I supplied the parts; they handled the labor. Initially, everything seemed fine, though I was surprised by the labor hours billed. Because I'd trusted them with my previous gas-powered vehicle, I accepted it. Once back on the road, the car scraped entering gas stations and strip malls. They had not set the ride height back to stock height. I returned, and they adjusted the height. 10 days later, I heard metallic "dinging"--the springs shifting. I returned again. After a quick inspection, they tightened some bolts and sent me off. Immediately, the noise was ten times worse. They hadn't test-driven it. On my fourth visit, they made vague excuses. They recommended replacing additional bushings and arms which they had not mentioned in the previous inspection and at considerable cost. I agreed, yet the car still felt wrong. I sought out an after-market Tesla suspension specialist. Their inspection revealed that the front shocks had been installed on the wrong sides--left on right, right on left. Including the relative control arms. As a result, the top hats were under considerable stress and need immediate replacement. The control-arm bushings were also under stress and wearing fast. The height-adjustment ring on one of the coilovers hadn't been tightened and was loose and midriff. The spring paint was cracked and rusting also due to the improper installation--all this within six weeks. After bringing the car back 4-5 times the fact that the shocks had initially installed on the wrong side left me speechless! I replaced the shocks with new ones. After which, the specialist-installer went on to note that the coil over bolts had been stripped, likely from a pneumatic gun. And that I was fortunate that he had replacements in-shop to replace them. He went as far to say that it was lucky he was even able to remove them. The entire job took less than 2 hours! When I returned to One Stop Auto Care with all this evidence, I told them I wanted no further work--only reimbursement. Despite paying them well over $3,000 in labor they offered only $400 in refund. Allowing me to leave in an unsafe car was bad enough, especially with my children inside. But they added insult to injury by reducing the labor hours when a refund was at stake to suit their own needs. Then they didn't even follow up. After two weeks, I had to chase them down. The refund took two minutes--when they finally bothered. This whole ordeal shows a complete lack of accountability or care. The specialist rightly asked: if they didn't feel they were qualified to do the work, why do the work at all? They could have refused, and I would've gone elsewhere. Instead, they took my money, did shoddy work, never tested the outcome, and sent me onto the road in a potential accident waiting to happen. To say I'm furious is an understatement. I feel betrayed by a shop I once trusted. If you have suspension issues, avoid One Stop Auto Care on Eagle Rock Boulevard in Los Angeles at all costs. No pun intended! read more
