Did a search on yelp for nearest auto service, requested quote from J&E, saw they had high scores. Emad got back to me quick, so I drove my brothers car over for oil change, belt change and broken motor mount bracket. Ford dealership in Glendale charges almost 2 times as much as J&E. Emad is using Ford parts. He explained to me that there are cheaper fixes out there, but will most likely break again, always go with the best. He showed me the busted motor mount. Extremely intelligent and kind, service shops don't normally teach their subjects. I overheard Emad explaining the intricacies of brake pad usage to another customer. These guys are awesome. After weeks in the body shop I got my car back and jumped in to find out the ac was blowing hot. I started to panic, and called the body shop back who told me they had nothing to do with that. I then called these guys, who immediately knew the issue and told me to bring it back to the body shop. Unfortunately for me the body shop only does external repairs, and didn't have the equipment to charge a 1234-style air conditioner. After calling over 10 shops, these were the only guys that could get me in and out in the same day. Came into this shop last minute for a simple oil change. I was given a time frame of when my vehicle would be done and price (which was very reasonable). I come back a little earlier just because I wanted to wait at the shop, they had a really good movie playing... I believe it was Emad that took care of me, he saw me sitting there and tried to rush my car.. I really appreciated that but I told him everything was cool, I was comfortable and didn't mind waiting the time he promised me.. A young female came in crying about her vehicle and the amount of problems it had. Right away I see this man calm her down.. take the necessary effort to tell her he was going to take time and inspect everything. Not to worry, it's just a car.... So I came in knowing my rear brakes were bad... and that my front brakes were most likely going to need to be changed as well. When I got to the shop, Emad told me he was going to check them first and call me within an hour to tell me what he was going to do. I left hoping that there wouldn't be anything more to be done... but knew that that definitely was a possibility. He calls me up less than an hour later and told me that only the rear brakes needed to be done. Front was fine. He legitimately saved me $250, and most likely a HELL of a lot more had I taken my car to the dealer to be serviced. We went to Volkswagen to get our car fixed and they were charging us $700 plus around $160 for diagnostics. We decided to look for an alternative and we found this place on Yelp. Called them and described our car problem and informed them how much VW was charging us. They told us that the price VW was charging was ridiculous and they can fix our car for only around $200 with free diagnostics! To our surprise, they were able to fix our car within only half a day!
