It's been over 30 visits, I think it best to write some proper positivity for the cleaners I go to the most. This is a great cleaners. And I say that compared to all cleaners. It's been many stops in and I haven't switched to anyone else. That says alot right? Examples why, I have plenty. The owner(his name slips my mind), is at the front counter most of the time now. His memory must be incredible as he always remembers my name and my last order from a month ago. he does some of the sewing I know as he has done a shirt and some shorts for me. And those last couple items came out fast. I had them back to me within 3 or 4 days. In all those visits I have had nothing misplaced, nothing damaged, and everything has looked impeccable. I did get a shirt back with some ring around the collar still. I learned that in those cases I need to ask for a wash and a press. But I have dropped off almost a dozen items before and gotten then back looking great within a couple days. At this point I cant think of any negatives. heck the other day I asked if they have a military discount. he said not really but I can give you the discount we have in our coupon out there. That was nice of him for sure. so compared to my so-so review a couple years ago, they have come a long way. They are my main and virtually only cleaners. read more

This place is ridiculous. Brought in two jackets for dry cleaning. Asked how much. They had to call the owner. Was informed $150. What???!!! Crazy. Then they face timed the owner. Who was condescending and arrogant. I left the establishment. Brought to another facility In Deerfield. Only $30 for both. I don't know where this guys is betting his prices but do t go there. Tried to call again today and he answered. Kept asking me what company I was with. Tried telling him I was a customer a week ago. Would t listen to me. Stay away. read more

This dry cleaner ruined my silk shirt. I relied on good reviews and brought my silk shirt for cleaning in the end of October 2018. When came to pick it up, the shirt was stained, and originally soft silk fabric on my shirt was starched (?!), and color changed from bright beautiful pink to faded pink. The owner Irfan, said they will fix it. After many promises from the owner, and many phone calls later, I was able to pick up the shirt 2 month later. The stains this dry cleaner created were gone, but they were not able to return the original color. The shirt is ruined and I cannot wear it anymore. By the way, since the owner was not responsive to my calls, I thought he will be more responsive to a Better Business Bureau requests. Not at all. When I came to pick up the shirt, the owner, Irfan, even did not want to talk to me, just because I contacted BBB. When I asked him what he is going to do about this issue, his respond was "Nothing. Now let BBB solve this issue!" He forgot that he is the one who ruined my shirt, and I am the one who needs to be upset. So, here you go. Learn from my story. read more

Horrible experience . I was scammed by the owner. I requested and paid for dry cleaning on three occasions and noticed my shirts all had several small holes on them . I took my shirts to a reputable experienced Dry Cleaners and had the Owner inspect them and he told me right away that my shirts had not been dry Cleaned . He explained that the small holes were caused by them being laundered in a washer that uses small amount of water to save on the water bill. I asked him if he was positive . His response was " I will bet my house on it". To make matters worse they shrunk all my shirts. DO NOT GO THERE! VERY DISHONEST! YOU WILL BE SCAMMED! read more
