I ordered a sesame bagel with egg, cheese, and scrapple, along with a hash brown. Nothing over the top or crazy fancy, just a well made breakfast sandwich that hit the spot. The service was friendly and quick, and the place itself has a unique feel to it. Inside they sell quite a bit of Surf Bagel merchandise, which gives it a fun local vibe beyond just being a bagel counter. I included a few photos because the shop has a cool look to it. Still, these were quite good; well textured semi-hard skin with softer chewy bread within. Taste was forceful (particularly the garlic) and with toasting, cream cheese or butter and slice of Gruyère, enjoyable. Strong brewed coffee complemented it as hoped. Service was friendly and helpful and appropriately apologetic for lacking my desired flavors. Not their fault that they were so busy on a holiday week. Good for them.
