Within minutes we were scheduling a consultation. The sales rep arrived promptly and clearly knew his stuff. He identified the species of tree, how much would need to be trimmed, and how long before I'd need to worry about trimming again. The pricing was fair, and it was easy to make an appointment within the next week and a half or so. The trimming crew arrived on time, actually EARLY. Whoa. They were nice and professional.
