There wasn't any openings that day but said he'd be around my house the next day at lunch time (between 11:30 and 12:30). During that phone call he was very forthcoming with information and was very patient with my questioning. This morning, he called and was able to come at 11:00. Very knowledgeable, walked me step by step to what he was doing and why. He not only replaced the blown fuse but also talked to be about how to prevent it from happening. He was also frank with me about my wants and needs. At the end of the day, Loy and his trainee were at the house from 11:00 till 11:40 and fixed my dryer and a minor issue with the washer. My wife and I, again being new to the area, couldn't figure out why our dishwasher wouldn't turn on so we called for service rather than try to pull things apart. They asked what the issue was and rather than suggest checking all switches or any troubleshooting, they scheduled the service. They were at the neighbors directly across the street, walked over, flipped all the switches in the kitchen until one of them turned on the dishwasher and charged me $128. No actual service provided, and a hefty bill for it.
