6 months ago I called and they came and fixed my window as expected. Owner was open and honest on timelines, came same day to put my window up until the part came in and coordinated another time to fix the issue. Fast forward to now, I called him as the window had another issue and it was due to the new part. It was under warranty and again he was open and honest on timelines and what he could do. He replaced the part free of charge as it was a manufacture issue. Will always go to them first with any issues in the future. read more

I've used the guys from J&J now twice. My first experience was last year when a tossed up rock from a big rig on the Altamont Pass stuck the windshield of one on my cars. Causing it to crack in the center and eventually cracked downward, to include the entire length of the window. After calling my insurance company and filing a claim to have the windshield replaced, I was referred to J&J for the repair. And since I was having one windshield replaced, I asked if J&J would also repair a small chip in the windshield of another car I own. After my claim was approved, I called J&J to see when the repairs could be make. To my surprise, I was told they were a noble service and would be at my home later in the day. They arrived promptly at the time promised and began working on cars right away. Within in an hour, both repairs were done and I was handed a receipt and a warranty for their work. Forward to December 16, 2017. My wife called to tell me the drivers side window on her car had collapsed into the doors frame and she could not roll it up. I knew the issue was the window regulator and I remembered J&J's business card saying they not only repaired windshields and glass. They also repaired and replaced regulators and window motors. I called J&J and asked for estimate. I was told they could either order a used part for $150 which included labor or, a new one for $250 which also included labor. Since my car is almost 20 years old, I went with a used part and was told the part would be available the next day so, I made an next day appointment for 1100 am. Promptly at 1100 am, the guys from J&J arrived at my house and went to work. Before 1130, the work was done and the window worked. $150 for the part plus their labor and a house call to boot is all good with me. I highly recommend J&J for window and related repairs. I was looking at some of the reviews already written for J&J Mobile Auto Glass and was surprised but NOT surprised at all of the 5 star reviews. I had the same great service and results as those that I read. I was referred to them by my mechanic, Dan at D&M Mechanics and I trust the work he does so I know that he would never steer me wrong. I called to inquire about the price and was pleasantly surprised since I had already checked into the cost with Safelite, and they were much higher. The added bonus was that J&J is also a mobile service and they came to our house!! I spoke to owner of the business, Jessie; on the phone and found him to be very nice, friendly, and professional. He quoted me a price and I was able to make an appointment for the next day. The installer, George, was on time, actually early, and he too was very nice and professional. Excellent! Wanted to give 4.8 stars but felt they gave service & price on a 5 star level. Only issue is that they do not replace the molding. Some indicate they do. Buyer beware. My existing molding (left & right), begins at he front hood & goes all the way to the back window. On the molding contacting the windshield, there were several chips on the molding. There is no way to know if they were existing (15 yr. old car has to have some wear) or if the pieces broke on installation. It is a place moisture could enter so I used tape to seal the big chips until I can calk it later. I am thinking molding is an extra fee. J & J had a lower fee than others whom said they replace the molding (so called). read more

Amazing! A few days before my vacation I had a rock hit the edge of my glass. The crack grew over the weekend so quickly that I had to contact someone. So I called J & J! I love this place. I commute to the bay area for work, and unfortunately get rocks to the windshield from time to time. I needed my entire windshield replaced last year due to a huge crack and they came out so fast and gave me such a good deal. Other places were quoting me over double what J & J quoted me. Then yesterday on my way to work, a huge rock hit my windshield again and left a deep indent and about in inch long crack and they came out SAME DAY to repair it for me and gave me another good deal. It luckily was small enough for a quick repair - them coming out quickly also saved it from spreading and causing me to get the whole windshield replaced. The tech was super nice and efficient as well. Obviously there's a small mark still there that won't go away but they saved it from spreading. I will use them again and again! I would highly recommend this business if you need a quick windshield replacement. I called Friday to get an estimate, they gave a me a great price so I asked when's the soonest they could come out and replace it and he told me Saturday between 10-11. He and his partner were here at 10:20, it took them a half hour(if that) to get the job done. I was surprised with the low price (that's why I've put it off for 8 months lol) and the quality of work. He took off my windshield decals on the old one (FasTrak, resident sticker, and oil change reminder) and put them back on the new one. The other times I've gotten a new windshield they just throw it on the passenger seat and keep the oil change decal so I was happy with that alone lol. So far so good and I'll be sure to update if anything goes wrong. They do have a great warranty (see pic) read more

Never will we give this company a try again. A few years back they did a job for us for a client of ours as it was our fault, and it was a bad experience at that. Here we are a fees years later and we need a window replaced for our truck. Call around they were ones who were reasonably priced and said they could do a Saturday since my husband uses the truck Monday through Friday. We give them all the needed information year, what window, etc., and they confirm a Saturday morning apt. To my surprise a guy shows up and knocks and says in sorry the guy who ordered the window messed up and it won't fit your truck! Wtf? How did you not know this was the wrong window until you go to our house?! I call bs only because of the issue we had with them prior. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt with a 2nd chance but no this company does not have their stuff in order. I get things can get ordered incorrectly or things happen but both times we use them?' Um no. Someone is not paying attention and or doing their job properly here.
