We bought the glass cut out we wanted, and then had Tameen's crew install it on our existing front door, with cutting it, and framing it in, then also painting the door on the outside as well. We've also brought Dragon back in January 2024 to do our upstairs guest bathroom with shower doors instead of the curtain we've had there for quite a while now. Way easier to deal with for my kids now that they're getting bigger and need the space. They do excellent work and at a fair price. This is a hard working local family owned business. I spoke manager Zach over the phone and he clarified this afterward, removed the calibration $100 charge, and confirmed that any ADAS issues, water leaks, or air leaks will be covered, including a static calibration at no charge if needed.

Explained your options, didn't haggle you to get this or that, and just made conversations very easy. He was very welcoming front start to finish which made our decision to go with them an easy one. We tried to go as a walk-in but they were booked, but got us in first thing the morning two days later on a Saturday which was very appreciated since neither of us wanted to take time off work lol! We got two of our cars tinted that day (our Tesla MYP and our Kia Sorento): all ceramic tint, 5 windos for the Tesla, and I believe it was 9 windows for the Kia - all done within 2-3hrs for both cars! It was less than an hour for the Tesla, then once that got done we swapped cars to have breakfast and they were done right when we got done eating. No bubbling tints are flush to the edges - so far no issues and it's been 3 months since the installation. I'll take pictures of the tints on our cars and will upload them when I get the chance.
