Cesar came over and diagnosed, and then sent a tech from his team once the parts came in...so I thought I was in the clear...but then the error kept happening??? So they came back and were able to quickly diagnose and fix it without any additional work to be done. There was a weird thing that was definitely caused by my son or one of his friends- but I had no idea it made such a difference. Working great again! These guys are pros. And they are the only hot tub company around here I would recommend for buying a hot tub or servicing one!

I asked for an update about 7 days later. It took a couple days for a response, but I got it. He had to order parts. About 10 days later he sent me a pic of the repairs. A couple days after that, a pic of it running without leaks. A couple days later he delivered my hot tub. About 3 weeks total. The price was right in the middle of his high and low estimate, which I felt was very reasonable. He asked for a few hundred down payment before pick up, which was a bit unnerving, but he had to drive almost an hour to my house so I can understand he's not working for free. The remainder was paid on delivery. The work looked really good and I've been using my tub with no problems.

They reeducated me on the use of chemicals so that I now get great results with fewer chemicals. Not only do I think that is much healthier, but it has the added benefit of drastically cutting my annual chemical bill. I had used another pool company for 20+ years and the customer service became so horrible that I switched. I was advised to use products in my pool that I didn't need and basically threatened to have services I didn't need in order for them to service my pool. When I switched to Blue Lagoon, Breanna got me started on a product called Supreme plus. This has been AMAZING. My water is crystal clear and so easy to balance. I'm using less chemicals than ever. I used to add PH+ about every 3 days, now it is about every 3 weeks if even that. Their team is so knowledgeable about how to deal with any issue that arises. I have a creek in my bad yard, so mustard algae likes to find its way in my pool on the backs of frogs and other creatures that come visiting. In less than 12 hours after putting in the chemicals they recommended, GONE! I used to be forced by the other company to allow them to open my pool if I wanted them to service my pool in other ways and after they opened it would take me 10-14 days to have my pool clear and clean and fully balanced - NOT ANYMORE. It used to be so cloudy when I opened. This is the 3rd year I've opened myself and each year it is easier and easier thanks to Supreme Plus. This year, I opened and I could see the bottom of my pool the day we took the winter cover off and 12 hours later (after vacuuming it) it was swim ready. Thanks to my use of Supreme Plus, I added the standard quart of Polyquat (algaecide) upon opening, but I didn't need to add any other chemicals to my pool except chlorine - all the other chemicals were perfectly balanced. Their customer service is A+++ and their knowledge has helped save me time, headaches and money. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a pool or hot tube. They will not steer you wrong and you will be so glad you entrusted your pool to them. Best of all, they are kind and helpful.

Softener needed a cleaning, works fine now. Seek other service providers, or google it, if you are not going with a new install/replacement.

When they finally called back, they sent a guy out with less than a 24hr notice so I wasn't able to be home. They were very expedient with sending the service call bill however. I hired another company that fixed the problem in less than 48 hrs from the time of calling him to completion of the job. His fee was half of what Pool Tec gave me as an estimate. I have three friends in town with hot tubs and I'm recommending they use this other company instead of FOOL Tech.

Jen and her team are professional, and pleasant to work with. I have had nothing but problems with my pool's chemistry for the past four seasons - and particularly with outrageously high phosphate levels that we were never able to get under control. Once I switched to LGPAS, Jen and Tim took the time to assist me and made a recommendation to switch my system over to a salt system, and a cartridge filter process vs. using the sand filter that we had. I can't tell you how happy I am that we made these changes. My phosphate problem is under control, my water flow is far better than before, the pool is clean and the chemistry is balanced. So I whip it out not thinking anything of it. 4-5 minutes later a lifeguard comes up to me and says mam you can't do that here, find somewhere more private. I'm still so upset by it. My baby had to stop eating bc some twat felt uncomfortable! She just cried for her chi chi. So we left and I will never return. When did it become offensive to feed your baby? God intended on our breasts to feed our babies that our bodies birthed. Who are they to say we can't?!!! So I go to their fb page and it's happened numerous times there.
