Cesar came over and diagnosed, and then sent a tech from his team once the parts came in...so I thought I was in the clear...but then the error kept happening??? So they came back and were able to quickly diagnose and fix it without any additional work to be done. There was a weird thing that was definitely caused by my son or one of his friends- but I had no idea it made such a difference. Working great again! These guys are pros. And they are the only hot tub company around here I would recommend for buying a hot tub or servicing one!

The owner answered and offered to pick it up 2 days later when I was available. He was very professional when he arrived. I helped him load it up and he was off, took about 15 minutes. I asked for an update about 7 days later. It took a couple days for a response, but I got it. He had to order parts. About 10 days later he sent me a pic of the repairs. A couple days after that, a pic of it running without leaks. A couple days later he delivered my hot tub. About 3 weeks total. The price was right in the middle of his high and low estimate, which I felt was very reasonable. He asked for a few hundred down payment before pick up, which was a bit unnerving, but he had to drive almost an hour to my house so I can understand he's not working for free. The remainder was paid on delivery. The work looked really good and I've been using my tub with no problems.

I was advised to use products in my pool that I didn't need and basically threatened to have services I didn't need in order for them to service my pool. When I switched to Blue Lagoon, Breanna got me started on a product called Supreme plus. This has been AMAZING. My water is crystal clear and so easy to balance. I'm using less chemicals than ever. I used to add PH+ about every 3 days, now it is about every 3 weeks if even that. Their team is so knowledgeable about how to deal with any issue that arises. I have a creek in my bad yard, so mustard algae likes to find its way in my pool on the backs of frogs and other creatures that come visiting. In less than 12 hours after putting in the chemicals they recommended, GONE! I used to be forced by the other company to allow them to open my pool if I wanted them to service my pool in other ways and after they opened it would take me 10-14 days to have my pool clear and clean and fully balanced - NOT ANYMORE. It used to be so cloudy when I opened. This is the 3rd year I've opened myself and each year it is easier and easier thanks to Supreme Plus. This year, I opened and I could see the bottom of my pool the day we took the winter cover off and 12 hours later (after vacuuming it) it was swim ready. Thanks to my use of Supreme Plus, I added the standard quart of Polyquat (algaecide) upon opening, but I didn't need to add any other chemicals to my pool except chlorine - all the other chemicals were perfectly balanced. Their customer service is A+++ and their knowledge has helped save me time, headaches and money. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a pool or hot tube. They will not steer you wrong and you will be so glad you entrusted your pool to them. Best of all, they are kind and helpful.

They reeducated me on the use of chemicals so that I now get great results with fewer chemicals. Not only do I think that is much healthier, but it has the added benefit of drastically cutting my annual chemical bill. Softener needed a cleaning, works fine now. Seek other service providers, or google it, if you are not going with a new install/replacement.

Very bad customer service! It took three weeks to get them to look at my spa. I had to keep calling…read morethem before they eventually contacted me. When they finally called back, they sent a guy out with less than a 24hr notice so I wasn't able to be home. They were very expedient with sending the service call bill however. I hired another company that fixed the problem in less than 48 hrs from the time of calling him to completion of the job. His fee was half of what Pool Tec gave me as an estimate. I have three friends in town with hot tubs and I'm recommending they use this other company instead of FOOL Tech.

My review of Lake Geneva Pool and Spas has spun to ground zero 3 years later on a 3 year old pool…read more This pool was not set true and level to begin with with and is noticeable when full of water. There is definitely a catastrophic failure that is likely caused by a very poor install and winterizing of the pool. It appears there is settlement around the pool due to improper installation and compaction of the surrounding soils. I went to open this pool this year and noticed it drained down. That is not a good sign. Of course they came to air test, seen it failed and left. As it was put it is not Lake Geneva Pools Problem anymore and left. First observation is skimmer box is busted up. Improper winterization and ice damage. That is a major repair if the epoxy coating does not work to seal up the box. That is all I can try. Second observation is the return lines to the pool. Cannot get air pressure on the system. There is either a poor winterization of the lines or major settlement snapped the lines. Time will tell once a leak detection service can get in and do their testing and maybe send a fiber optic camera thru it. Third is the water heater. Leaks out the bottom every year. Always needing some sort of attention. This should not be. Forth are the laminar jets. They just do not operate like they should with the lighting. Never have since the beginning. It is sad for the price they charge for these. One laminar jet and area surrounding it sunk a lot. Fifth is bubbler jets. One jet si surrounded with sand and sediment. This is troubling as we do not know where that is coming from. If those failed that shallow deck is poured with concrete under the fiberglass. Basically the pool becomes a total loss as there is no safe way to repair those. This is disappointing to say the least that a pool install has this many issues. My aunt's pool is 45 years old and still working fine. This repair will be costly to say the least. This is gut wrenching because I have to fill the pool and hope the two bubbler jets will heat it and not cause a drain down. Pool must hit the 80 degrees for leak detection services to work in it. A lot of sleepless nights now.

So I whip it out not thinking anything of it. 4-5 minutes later a lifeguard comes up to me and says mam you can't do that here, find somewhere more private. I'm still so upset by it. My baby had to stop eating bc some twat felt uncomfortable! She just cried for her chi chi. So we left and I will never return. When did it become offensive to feed your baby? God intended on our breasts to feed our babies that our bodies birthed. Who are they to say we can't?!!! So I go to their fb page and it's happened numerous times there.
