I am a disabled veteran, so it was very nice that he would take a little bit of extra time to help me out. He and his assistant showed up at about 5:30 in the afternoon, and went to work. It took them less than a half an hour, and they were done. I had heat again. *YAAAYYY!!!* with no heat, I had been staying in a hotel the last couple of nights, it was nice to get back home. Jake came out and determined that his tech installed a part incorrectly, causing the leak and damaging the ceiling. He told us that he would fix the problem and have the ceiling repaired. He did come out and repair the unit on july 27 but as of this review (9/27), the ceiling has not been repaired. I Finally had a local guy come out and provide a quote but no response from Jake along with no response from any of my messages. I have zero problem with the install error but not fixing the ceiling as promised and ignoring my messages is not appropriate.

So we contacted Grizzly after that company told us we needed to replace our compressor for $7000+ (and recommended we just replace the whole unit if we had to do that). Grizzly was able to come out same day during the heat wave. Joseph (our Grizzly service guy) called me on his way, came and asked a couple questions and told us what the two possible issues were based off the info he had. He got right to work on the unit on our roof. Joseph said it seemed like the capacitor which is what we had assumed was the issue as well, and went to get the part from the shop. He came back with the part and had our ac blowing cold air again shortly after. Joseph even talked to us about our washable filter being too thick and possibly causing our machine to work too hard and gave us info on purchasing a better washable filter option. Overall, Joseph did his job fantastically. He walked us through the process and was professional and extremely friendly. Working with Grizzly was actually about $90 cheaper than if we would have replaced the same part with the other company. Luckily for us, a terrible experience with one company made us reach out to Grizzly and we ended up with the best value and experience fixing our ac on a hot day. Would highly recommend this company and plan on continuing with Grizzly for future services. But biggest shout out to Joseph!!

They went out of their way to make it same day. Since they were the Company that originally installed the System they quickly found the issues and ordered some Parts and since there wasnt anymajor problems. We put the System back in service. I think it was a Friday night and I sent a quote request on Yelp and Roi reached out right away, offered a quote to take a look at it. Scheduled a visit to the following Monday. They sent Thomas out to take a look, he was very up front about the condition of the unit and advised that there was alot of issues, which we totally get. He was very thorough and took a lot of reference photos and explained what he was doing. We agreed to look at getting a new system and set up a meeting with Kyle for later the afternoon. Kyle was also amazing and went over the pricing and options, you never want to pay for a new AC unit but it's a necessity here so and they made sure we had a great deal. He grabbed the part out of his vehicle, did some testing, and confirmed that he was right. The 2 techs proceeded to clean and fix my 26 year old unit. Never once did they try to up sell me with a new unit or tell me it can't be fixed like other companies. It all took about an hour, and they were done. The price was reasonable, and the techs were extremely friendly. This is my company for life. If you don't use them, you're missing out!!!!
