When my friend called, she was told that's a very old special. From May? She questioned the price. The person at the other end very rudely told her that a clean and check was now $20 higher and included an added service charge of $75. Are you kidding me? Established companies, not working out of their house , aren't adding this to clean and checks. I regret giving this referral. I also am going to look for a new service company. One who is more fairly priced. And knows the value of treating customers well.

Mike came out and serviced our LG True Steam front loading washing machine a couple of years ago…read more Since I had diagnosed the issue and believed it to be the drain pump, Mike verified over the phone and made sure he brought the part with him for the service appointment. While replacing the pump, he also gave me several useful pointers as to how to use my washer and dryer more efficiently. From a cost perspective, he was the most reasonable estimate and a few years later, the machine is still working great! I will definitely call him when another appliance that is no longer under a service agreement/ warranty needs repair.
