So I took it in and had them change my oil, to the tune of $119 and check my brakes again. They told me they drove it no sounds and all looked good. I took it to the dealership and the man there showed me the grooves in the brake and the rust on the brake that he said was not typical for a brake less then a year old that is in a garage and not kept outside. I called Telle spoke with the manager and told him the man gave me his card from the dealership and told me he would talk to him. I set up an appointment for that Monday they said to bring at 7:30 would be done in less then one hour. I was called out of town and my husband took the car in for me. They made him wait over 4 hours, in the interim called and yelled at me saying all I wanted were new brakes. This was the manager then he slammed the phone hanging up on me. I am just astounded!
