I informed him Lexus recommends never to mix universal coolant with Lexus lifetime coolant. The rep responded with a smirk, "ok, then I won't top it off". It's important to me that the proper fluids are being used as recommended. I'd rather pay Lexus that extra $30 and drive another 15 min to ensure my investment is being cared for as recommended.
