The business model of Caliber Collision is evident in all areas: 1. Communication is outstanding (staff is professional and competent, at ease with customers and co-workers). 2. The site is spotlessly clean and inviting. 3. Repairs were complete and done right the first time. 4. Completion was well within the estimated timeline. Tucson is a difficult city to drive in, especially post pandemic. If I need future repairs, Caliber Collision will be my first choice. They provide everything you'd want in car repair and customer care.

It has been very hard to get ahold of someone at this location that actually has the ability to give clear timelines on when work will be finished or getting calls back in a timely manner with information asked if them. Finally after hearing from the general manager that over sees multiple locations Isla, caliber was able to extend our rental car reservation while we wait for our vehicle to be finished. It's been 30 days and we were told it would be about 3 more weeks which is very disappointing timeline. We are glad that the general manager Isla stepped in and took over to handle our situation from here. This process has not been easy but Isla has been fast and efficient in making sure that our concerns were heard.

They took possession and started the process but provided zero meaningful updates for months--no progress reports, no calls returned promptly, nothing. I had to chase them repeatedly just to get basic info. After all this waiting, they finally said it's a total loss. Why wasn't this assessed much earlier? The poor communication and long hold on my vehicle made an already bad situation much worse, costing me time, money, and peace of mind. That theme carried over to the repairs of my vehicle. The text updates from Kevin keep me in the loop and aware of what was going on as the parts & repairs progressed. Kevin took great care of getting the right parts for my car and worked closely with the insurance company to get them approved. The repair was perfect! I have a Tesla and the parts and insurance approval can be difficult at best, but it was all handled by Fix Auto. I have had other experiences with body shops (over 40 years of driving), the communication from Fix Auto far exceeded any other shop I have had experience with! I was kept up to date without having to ask. Kevin would send text messages as parts arrived, insurance approved repairs, etc. It was great! The front office staff was excellent, I wish I could remember all of their names to call them out individually! I highly recommend Fix Auto

When the Jim Click Ford General Manager in Green Valley failed in every way to even remotely communicate a potential sale to a Military Family, I departed and came here. Ladies and Gentlemen; I want to introduce Sales Representative; Luis Figueroa to EVERYONE. I came in and from THE moment, my wife and I met Luis in the parking lot, we were treated with distinguished, caring, and receptive communication. To simplify most of this, Luis recently shifted to Sales and his attitude was absolutely above reproach. Seriously. An honest worker, diligent to provide ALL answers, sought every answer to every question we embarked on. Never once did we feel played - for any reason. We communicated our purchase price, the vehicle we wanted, and were it sat, at another dealership aforementioned...This wasn't my first time purchasing a car, and I made this very clear; I didn't and would not play games. Luis understood and true to his personality wasn't even bothered by that. His calm and positive demeanor was something you rarely see; but he truly stands out. To make this long story somewhat short, Luis and the management Team MADE. IT. HAPPEN. We secured the car we wanted, the price we wanted and they had the vehicle ready, in perfect condition the next day. Upon sale, Luis brought an additional Team Member to us to assist with setting up the very lengthy electronics, fingerprint-profiles (in the car yes profiles...), and a trove of incredibly unique details on these new Hyundai's, including the self driving features imbedded into the vehicle. This isn't yo' mama's station wagon from 79', these cars are LOADED with electronics, and I mean loaded. Car filled up with fuel, Luis' personal cell phone number in hand, a hand Shake from the both him and GM, I literally couldn't say anything other than - I got what I wanted! Side-step this story a smidgen: Truth be told; I hate dealerships! I absolutely despise the 'games' many play. I told Luis, I'm not the guy that's buying my first car so let's talk strictly business. He had no issues. Luis was absolutely remarkable to work with. It didn't even phase him or startle him. I'm putting his name out there BECAUSE, Dealerships... NEED people like Luis. Additionally, the inside of the dealership is stunningly sterile. Constant cleaning from the Staff, seriously. So far, I've requested 3x break-in oil changes and they're not only accomplished but they ALSO perform a tire rotation and balance too; that I didn't request. The service here has been (currently) above reproach; for MY experiences. So did JC Hyundai East, do a hellova job? IMO Opinion; yes. I honestly can't relate to other non-positive reviews; as I said before, my wife and I have been treated, like royalty here. So for one last time, Thank YOU LUIS!

    Absolutely Horrible Trade Treatment After They caught my car on fire!…read more Since no one at the dealership will take responsibility for their actions, I feel the need to share this story across Tucson. I took my car in May to the Jim click Hyundai East service department in May. They were replacing a new engine that was part of an extended warranty under Hyundai corporation. First they lost the new engine. Seems very suspicious to me, but if they found it then it should be all good, right? Oh was I very very wrong. When they apparently "found it" and installed it into my car, they then drove the car and my car caught on fire!!! This happened July 23. As of today despite people within Jim Click leadership stating they were going to work with me to help me purchase a new car through them and give me a special deal for the hell that I've been through because of the situation, I have been treated horribly and scoffed at by both the General Manager David and now the safety manager Jim Morrell has now solidified the absolute horrific behavior by everyone at Jim Click in regards to this situation. Despite multiple people telling me directly to my face or via phone calls that it was definitely a result of either a neglectful action or something was wrong with the brand new engine. Do not take your vehicle there if you have any other options because I know it's very difficult to take your Hyundai anywhere else in the town because Jim Click is the only Hyundai dealership. Also do not buy any vehicles through them just on general principal, knowing that this is how they treat people based on things that were completely out of the customers control. If they treat someone like myself like this in regard to a situation they caused, how are they treating their other customers?
