Absolutely Horrible Trade Treatment After They caught my car on fire! Since no one at the dealership will take responsibility for their actions, I feel the need to share this story across Tucson. I took my car in May to the Jim click Hyundai East service department in May. They were replacing a new engine that was part of an extended warranty under Hyundai corporation. First they lost the new engine. Seems very suspicious to me, but if they found it then it should be all good, right? Oh was I very very wrong. When they apparently "found it" and installed it into my car, they then drove the car and my car caught on fire!!! This happened July 23. As of today despite people within Jim Click leadership stating they were going to work with me to help me purchase a new car through them and give me a special deal for the hell that I've been through because of the situation, I have been treated horribly and scoffed at by both the General Manager David and now the safety manager Jim Morrell has now solidified the absolute horrific behavior by everyone at Jim Click in regards to this situation. Despite multiple people telling me directly to my face or via phone calls that it was definitely a result of either a neglectful action or something was wrong with the brand new engine. Do not take your vehicle there if you have any other options because I know it's very difficult to take your Hyundai anywhere else in the town because Jim Click is the only Hyundai dealership. Also do not buy any vehicles through them just on general principal, knowing that this is how they treat people based on things that were completely out of the customers control. If they treat someone like myself like this in regard to a situation they caused, how are they treating their other customers?

My left side front bumper area before I dropped off my SUV.

Please look at these before and after photos. When left my vehicle for servicing at Jim Click Hyundai East on 6/5/25, the entire front bumper had absolutely no issues. When I picked up my SUV on 6/7/25 after two days of engine repairs there was a hardened and unremovable substance smeared all over the left bumper area. A repair technician had left it like this for service writer reps to return to me. I obviously was not pleased. No one at this dealership had noticed this or if they did, they had not taken the time to safety remove this hardened black glue or engine gasket sealant type substance. I asked the service writer representatives if this was the condition they would've liked their own vehicles returned to them. None of them had an answer or acted as if they even cared. They told me to return another day and they would attempt to remove it. But with no guarantees. I told them that this is normally the inferior quality of service I have often past received at a BrakeMax, Brake Masters, or other bad auto repair shops. But this is supposed to be a trusted Hyundai dealership. They should do so much better. They actually agreed with that statement. i was very disgusted, I was provided their review checklist and my auto battery was marked as very low in charge and needed replaced with one of their $250.00 batteries. I advised I would go to AutoZone to see if it needed replaced. AutoZone checked it electronically and said it was fine. The store mgr. told me that all vehicle dealerships often try to up sell their customers with high-priced and unneeded auto repairs. Filters, batteries, brake pads, new tires, etc. That's so dishonest and it's not at all appreciated. I have been a very loyal Jim Click Hyundai Tucson Auto Mall and Tucson Eastside location new vehicle purchaser and service recipient since Fall 2000. I bought my 2001 Hyundai Accent four-door sedan at the Tucson Auto Mall. i drove it 120,000 miles for 10 years. I utilized their service dept. for ALL repairs. In Sept. 2011, I bought my 2012 Hyundai Tucson at their East Tucson dealership. I again utilized the service dept. for ALL maintenance and required repair. That's 25 years of customer loyalty. What occurred with my vehicle this time is a total betrayal of my loyalty and trust. No attention to detail. I have had past bad incidents when I picked up from their service dept. I never posted any negative reviews. I provide a star from five available, but they don't deserve any stars. In order to upload this review, I must provide them with at least one star. I am unsure if I will continue to use Jim Click Hyundai East for further maintenance or repair service. I have paid them thousands of dollars. All those who do should be careful. Always check your vehicle as I did. I didn't want to post this negative review. They have left me NO choice.

I will never ever have a Hyundai in Tucson ever again, scheduling a maintenance for life appointment is actually impossible I love this car but won't do this again. Also, the maintenance for life coordinator was unacceptably rude, I asked her if we could look for times at a few locations and she just said there's nothing available. I asked if she would like to maybe check before saying that, she said there's nothing available. I literally just scheduled an appointment for this Thursday Online.

My husband decided to get an electric Elantra Hybrid! !, so he was looking at Jim, Click Hyundai, and he found a car. He really likes it so he bought it last week. Destany Ray was really nice to my husband and picked a great sales person and has a personality she has.

My family and I have purchased three vehicles with Enterprise at the Speedway location in Tucson. In 2017, I purchased my first vehicle with Enterprise, and it was such a smooth and easy experience that when my wife was ready to purchase a vehicle in 2024, we chose to work with Enterprise again. The experience with purchasing my wife's car was mostly smooth, but we did have our first encounter with the manager of this location, Robby. I don't have enough characters in this review to give all the details, but long story short Robby displayed aggressive behavior in attempting to strong arm my wife into paying for something Enterprise agreed to pay for on the day of sale. After reflecting on my most recent experience with Robby, this seems to be a tactic he frequently uses. Despite the initial encounter with Robby, we were still satisfied enough with our experience and the cars we purchased to recommend friends and family to utilize Enterprise for their car purchasing needs. We were so satisfied that we decided to utilize Enterprise for a third time in 2026 to trade in my first vehicle and purchase a newer one. The sales representative we worked with was fairly new at his job, but he was an overall pleasant person to deal with. The representative made representations consistently via text and verbally about the amount that would need to be paid for the vehicle at close. Based on what was represented and agreed on, we decided to purchase the vehicle outright without financing as we had done with our last vehicle in 2024. After spending many hours in the Enterprise office getting the paperwork together, we confirmed with the representatives several times that everything was in order before finalizing the sale. The purchase was completed May 13. Sometime before Independence Day, I noticed that on June 29th I had missed calls from a number I was not familiar with. I listened to the voice message left by the number and discovered it was the sales representative from Enterprise vaguely referencing the need for me to complete financing on the vehicle I purchased a month and a half ago. This was strange to me as we had paid for the car in full. The following days I was also sent text messages and on the 3rd of July, while I was on vacation, Robby began calling me and my wife. My wife attempted to call Robby back on the 5th but was unable to reach anyone or leave a message. On the 6th my wife called Enterprise to figure out what was going on because it began to feel like some kind of scam was underway. Robby initially spoke with my wife and was extremely aggressive and disrespectful, speaking over her and insisting that we did not pay the full amount and actually owed them money. At one point my wife inquired why Enterprise was attempting to contact us over a sale which had been completed over a month and a half prior, and Robby falsely claimed that Enterprise had been attempting to contact us "for a long time." My wife corrected Robby that Enterprise had only contacted us within the last week, and Robby replied by stating "Oh I don't know I just found out about this recently." Which further fuels the suspicion that Robby is willing to obfuscate the facts to leverage the situation in his favor. His willingness to lie doesn't inspire confidence that he is representing the matter accurately. My wife attempted to communicate with Robby about the events prior, and he told us that his sales representative was new and made a mistake in how much he told us to pay. Robby began demanding we "make it right" and made claims of how "nothing in life is free" and we "have to pay what we owe." At this point my wife conferences me into the call and Robby grew increasingly frustrated with us, stating we needed "to make it right" implying we did something wrong during the sales process when clearly he was trying to shift blame for some mistake that was made on their end. Ultimately, we paid what was asked of us on the date of purchase, if there was a mistake on Enterprise's part, I'm unsure how I can "make it right", and I certainly don't appreciate being aggressively harassed on vacation or during my workday. I also don't appreciate Robby attempting to make it sound like I have done something morally wrong. I will never deal with Enterprise Sales in Tucson again as long as Robby is manager.

When I went to the dealership, they tried using my confirmation code to match the number on the board and said I didn't win and said they also ran out of earbuds to give to people who didn't win. I stated that the serial number determines the prize awarded, but they disagreed, even though it says it on the ad. When I was getting ready to leave, another employee talked to me and confirmed that it is the serial number you need to compare to the board, so no one at this place has the same information theyre sharing to people. Regardless, I made sure to compare the serial number to the board and didn't see a match either for some reason. My question is, What is the point of having the lottery card game and saying you need to match the symbols if it doesn't mean that you're going to win anything? That's false advertising. Additionally, I also called the "winners call" number (since I thought I won something since I had a match across on the lottery ticket) and entered in my confirmation code, and the line confirmed that I won a prize and it's been reserved, but why even have that number and make the person go through all these steps if the dealership says you lose anyway? Your ad is incredibly misleading and if you made tickets for everyone to "win" just so that they could come down to your dealership for a prize that doesn't exist, then that is super lame. If this is how your business operates, I can't imagine what sketchy "promotions" you'll lie to people about in order for them to buy a car. TLDR; business sent out lottery tickets and I got all 6 in a row; called the line and it confirmed I won a prize, went to dealership and they gave me incorrect information and also told me I didn't win anything and they ran out of consolation earbuds.
