Finally after hearing from the general manager that over sees multiple locations Isla, caliber was able to extend our rental car reservation while we wait for our vehicle to be finished. It's been 30 days and we were told it would be about 3 more weeks which is very disappointing timeline. We are glad that the general manager Isla stepped in and took over to handle our situation from here.
